You can almost taste the romance of a Gameweek under floodlights. A midweek Fantasy deadline is upon us which presents the usual opportunity to sneak some last minute squad tweaks, armed with “actual real-life” teamsheets.

There are four matches tonight at the Emirates, Old Trafford, the Stadium of Light and the Hawthorns. Should you wish to gain the advantage of some early insight into the lineups from those games then the best place to source the information is our Dugout Discussion Chatroom.

We’ve opened it up nice and early to accommodate all your nighttime natterings.

    Rooney is back - various other people who have been back thus far include:
    Torres (back briefly, left again, came back again and now hovers round the door having changed his shirt).
    Tevez (briefly absent for small patches, but like a little hungry if ugly cat, he always turns up)
    Berbatov (disappears for long stretches before coming home, showering us with gifts, promising the world before f*cking off again)
    Lampard (disappeared for most of the season, apparently he called to say he'd be back any moment with a McDonalds from the drive thru)
    Drogba (was very much in at the start of the season, has since f*cked off sending the occasional postcard like Uncle Travelling Mac from the Fraggles)

        This isn't solely directed at you so don't worry too much, its merely a blast against the recent attitudes of some touchy thin-skinned United fans on here.

        Firstly I have never said you are on a slump compared to your rivals, I simply pointed out that you are lucky the rest of the sides around you were weak because this is the worst Manchester United squad I have seen in the Premier League, and unlike 2005 you don't seem to have the resources to buy your way out of the problems you are facing.

        I only compared Manchester United to Manchester United, I find it more than a tad exasperating that the smallest objective analysis of Manchester United gets nothing but a testudo and denials from your fans on here, I have never said any ABU stuff so this annoys me.

        I have no problem admitting that this Newcastle side isn't a patch on the sides of the mid 90's, it does not make me any less of a fan.

        Oh and the 'crisis club' thing, well the only people I have seen use that phrase on here are you, Akers and Chill Pill. Only one of which is obviously not a United fan.

        I apologise if this seems a bit over the top, its not so much in response to this one thing, more a response to cumulative posts that have irked me a bit. I understand United gets some ridiculous abuse on here, but it's time that some of you started looking at your club with a more objective eye.

We're not all ABU, and just because you have the audacity to look objectively at whether the United squad is as strong as it seems, you shouldn't get tarnished as one.
