On a serious note, its really dumb by the French. The majority of their best players down the years fall into one of those two brackets, or born in another country - Kopa, Fontaine, Fernandez, Tigana, Cantona, Henry, Zidane, Desailly, Vieira.
Imagine football without that lot.
Take it easy mate, those allegations come from a total unknown/unreliable newspaper, and all the parties (incl Blanc) have denied it.
The true story is that Blanc asked for clubs to not look only at physical attributes in young players as France has now less and less technical lads (think Platini, Zidane and co) and more and more strong/tall players (their strikers are Benzema, Gignac).
As such, some ppl went as far as saying advantaging technique over physics is the same as advantaging whites vs blacks.
Dont think Blanc was involved so Ive read. More the suits upstairs in youth tournaments
