Back in the routine yet? Maybe another familiar regular is what you need to reacquaint yourself with the route to the weekend Fantasy deadline.

We’ve duly published our first Captain poll of the season, canvassing your views on the destination of the Fantasy armband ahead of the season kick-off.

Straight way, we’ve got an interesting one.

Doubts surrounding the fitness of Robin Van Persie and Luis Suarez level the playing field a little, while Nani and Wayne Rooney will catch the eye, though both may look a risk against a West Brom side who will surely be well-drilled by the crafty Roy Hodgson. Perhaps a gamble on Fernando Torres at Stoke is in order? But then Didier Drogba could easily start at the Britannia, such is the uncertainty surrounding the Andre Villas-Boas teamsheet.

          Bramble rotates perfectly with Simpson, and Sunderland had a solid defensive record last season, plus Steve Bruce is a defensive manager (see his time at Wigan and Birmingham).

          Senderos is by no means nailed on.

    Trying to get Silva into my squad but cant decide if its worth downgrading someone to get him in.

    Here are my options,

    Taarabt & N'Zogs (Current Team)

    or

    Silva and a 4.5 mid

        Already have Moses, I havent been posting my RMT but I'll just throw it up to show you what I already have,

        Clichy/Kompany/Simpson/Orr/de Laet
        Malouda/Taarabt/N'Zogs/Nani/Moses
        Carroll/Rooney/Holt

        Personally, I like my team except for my defense, its a little on the soft side but I think I'll get a couple clean sheets out of my MC defenders.

      I personally think every team should have either n'zog or bent. But thats just me.

      Is the 4.5 mid gna be a starter? If they are, definitely go with A.

        At 4.5 you don´t get many options I got a 5.0 in form mid and a 5.5 good mid, and rotate both

      Not really. They have no wide players and they need some width. Very very very likely he will start IMO. Hes in my team anyway 🙂

    Me and some mates are having a league where you make a team gameweek 1 and you can’t transfer or substitute players. Kind of a stupid idea but still a laugh 😀

      Go with Given as your keeper and 3 Man City defenders and avoid Arsenal like the plague because if you cant transfer a player out you are going to get screwed because you know they are going to get injured lol.

    Just when I think I've finished tinkering, I find myself drafting up a team excluding Fulham / Spurs / QPR players in case the games don't go ahead... Hope it doesn't come to that and the authorities get a handle on the situation, starting tonight.
