Let’s not dilly-dally shall we. The Scout chatroom has opened for the dawn of a new Fantasy Football season with the The Saturday Surgery here for the last-gasp panic.

There will undoubtedly be even more panic than normal on what is arguably the busiest, and most fraught, period of the whole season.

We’ve opened three rooms in anticipation of a potential abundance of users, we encourage you to spread about and help those as they help you with your last minute quandary.

The first Saturday Surgery of the season is open.

    everton management have requested their fans to start riots around the stadium for all of august/september to postpone their games to the 2nd half of the season.
    by then they become a better team 🙂

    Not appreciating all the smug and self rightous comments today.

    Saturday morning tinkering is a way of life, many of us have probbaly changed our teams a zillion times since the game went "live" and possibly a few of us (or just me lol) went mad and made a team out of "differentials" just for the fun of it.

    Well, I'm not laughing anymore. Been locked out from midnight to 3.30am last night and from 7.45am this morning.

    Regardless of how prepared we should have been, this is a poor way to run a site. It's not like it's suddenly gained a massive following. 2m plus has been the norm for afew years.

    Guess I'll just need to just suck it and see but could really do without the sanctimonious BS.

      I agree but going "mad" and making a team for the fun of it a day before the deadline isn't what most of these people are complaining about.

      It's a huge inconvenience that the site's down but I imagine most teams are near-complete by now. I hope for your sake you can get on and soon!

      Try clearing your clearing you cache and opening up a new browser window. You could also try resetting your router and using Chrome.

      Perhaps the mobile site will work people? Though I suppose that's wishful thinking.

        Thanks for the suggestions. Tried them but no joy. Was messing about so much yesterday I don't even know what my team is. Might turn out to be a masterstroke.

        And on that note, I'm off to spankwire to relieve the tension.
