This week’s episode of the FFS podcast features some classic match-ups – Nani vs Young, Narni vs Nanny, Tomayto vs Tomahto, Sessegnon v Row Z, Common Sense vs Mark.

All battles are resolved, with the regular stalwarts of the ScoutCast thrown in, culminating with Mark’s desperate defence of his seemingly unshakable faith in Victor Moses. Also, look out for a mention of my Champions League placing – England’s number one for 24 hours no less.

            may have got carried away with aguero and rooney's early goals but if both start you fancy them for at least a goal in their respective fixtures.

              VDV isn't as good as a winger, in my opinion, and if they played VDV behind the two strikers they'd have to play something like a 4-3-1-2, which wouldn't be great for wingers such as Bale.

    What to do?

    Think Walcott > Ramsey + tchoyi > Dempsey

    That's ok if dzeko plays. But will he?

      Nasri --> Silva

      Considering trying to work Aguero, Rooney, Silva and Nani all into my team. Too much City/Utd attacking coverage? I just feel that Chels, Liverpool and Arsenal players offer no value for their points return. Already have Adebayor and have transferred in Ramires (bargain at 7mil) this week.

      Plus I feel Utd and City will begin to scamper away from the pack sooner rather than later.

      If I thought there was a high chance that Rooney will play, I would do Bent to Rooney and Dzeko to Agbonlahor/Best/Sturridge (4 point hit).

      If I thought he wasn't going to play I'd do either Dzeko to Suarez (no hit and Bent will play and might do well this GW) or Dzeko to Suarez and Bent to Aguero (4 point hit gambling on Aguero getting at least 4 more points than Bent against Wigan).
