It seems like it’s been an eternity. It has been a long time.

Finally, at last, the dawn of another Premier League fixture approaches and in just an hour’s time we’ll be ushering in the start of another Fantasy Premier League gameweek.

You, the Fantasy managers, will undoubtedly have last gasp choices to make -whether it be wildcards, captaincy or injury query- so the Saturday Surgery is making it’s usual early weekend appearance to allow folks to cram their heads together and come to some sort of substantive and successful opinion.

To help out, our brand spanking new Scout Picks are rocking the 3-5-2 formation for the first time and offers up XI (plus) players we hope will shine this week with Big Dunc offering a few of our handy Differentials this morning. Polls favour Robin Van Persie, The Watchlist is up to date and Mark has only gone and Frisked the Fixtures once more. That and a whole host of Members Articles, Numbers games and a large array of Scribblings from the pen of Sir Paulos.

Having had two whole weeks to prepare we expect one of you to pick up the top score for the gameweek; so use this final hour wisely and make sure your fully prepared for this long awaited return.

Damn you SAF! He sooo underestimates Liverpool, hope he just brings Rooney at halftime and gets the win.

well, my last minute Nani for Mata swap for -4 hit doesn't look so bad now...

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson explains his team selection at Anfield: "We felt we've been far too open recently. Bringing Phil Jones in midfield gives us more security. Wayne Rooney's had a bad week. He was devastated at the suspension. I just felt he'd be better starting on the bench. Ji-Sung Park's very fresh. Jonny Evans and Chris Smalling missed the internationals, while Chicharito played a full 90 minutes against Brazil and didn't come back until Thursday."

I'm hoping Suarez pumps in a first half double. Rooney and Nani come off the bench at half time, and grab a goal each for a 2-2 draw.
