With the gameweek complete, our Members can now drown themselves in the sweet statistical custard served up in our Members Area. All the Opta data is now available and our own ICT Index scores are calculate and available.

Members should log into the Members area to access the player stats tables but can read on now for a round-up of the top ICT performers match by match, offering some early clues on the destination of tomorrow’s Fantasy Premier League (FPL) bonus points.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

N'Zogbia has been a biiig disappointment, mainly as he is ill-suited to McLeish's system. Makes you wonder why he was purchased. (Pre or post Mcleish's arrivial??).

Fulham's c.£10m-man Ruiz has hardly set the league alight, but in fairness he has had injuries and also should be afforded a period of adjustment.

Top of the pile - Andy Carroll. All that money to warm the bench. At least Torres has shown potential...

Some of the responses to the Suárez tweet/FB post denying Evra's accusations are incredible.

For example: "Don't worry about Evra, he's a pathetic crybaby like alot of the other man u players."

    Right, time for a RMT
I really need your help because I no longer trust my own judgement after an horrible 8 GWs

    Vorm (Krul)
Bosingwa, Enrique, Warnock (Simpson, De Laet)
    Ramsey, Nani, Silva, Taarabt (Dyer)
    Rooney, Adebayor, Suarez

    1.7 in the bank

I know my faith in in Taarabt has not paid off and he must go soon but for who? there doesn’t seem to be that many good players in the 5-8 mil price range

Slightly worried about lack of chelsea attacking coverage maybe Ade to Sturridge?

Any ideas about how I could fit RVP in? Do you think he’s needed?

Your help would be so much appreciated

I'd look at getting RVP in for Rooney this week, Stoke usually play poorly after their European matches.

Adebeyor has good fixtures so I'd keep him.

If you really want chelsea cover you could go Suarez to Sturridge, although Suarez also has great fixtures.

As for Taarabt, I'd sell him for Cabaye/Ben Arfa with Wigan this week.

Walters and RVP for Rooney and taarabt for a 4 point hit sound good?? Or stick with Taraabt for 1 more week? 🙂

I got ridiculed towards the end of last season when I said Wolves would still be in the mix to go down on the last day around March time and also said after their good start this season they would drop at some point and will be lucky to stay up comfortably. For some reason people overrate them massively, McCarthy is a poor manager and on paper I think they have a poor team too.

they're also the sort of team that will lose to swansea at home next week then have a shock win against city the week after

Just a very average team with a very average manager at this level, I wouldn't take many of their players, probably Jarvis and R Johnson. I can see why people rate Doyle, his link up play is great but he won't score above 6-7 goals per season.

too expensive for me. his free-kick was the only chance he managed all match, he seemed to die in mid 09/10 for FPL

if you have that 11mil then this 3 game pocket could be the time to do it.
am personally put off by all the alternatives you can get for 9-10mil

Watching the replay of the second Newcastle goal, I can say that 100% it wasn't Cabaye. He was standing near to the one who was giving an assist. So, it was either Raylor or Barfa.

Decent week. Should I play my WC?

    Vorm Given
    Bos Lescott STaylor Barnett DeLaet
    Larsson Jarvis Silva Tiote Dyer
    RVP Ade Suarez

Need to rid of DeLaet Jarvis Tiote & Dyer. Plan was to do DeLaet->Enrique next GW but now Larsson is suspended - think I can hang on to him.

51 points with RVP (c) bonus to come and a few others that have potential for 1 BP, hoping to hit 60. Have made up massive gaps the last few weeks to reach top of my leagues. What a great gameweek 🙂

I have never, NEVER, had anything close to as bad as 13 points before. All yellow cards, benchings, captains and VCs went against me. NO chance of bonus at all.

I have become a really bad player for some reason.

Just think of this week as the turning point. Start thinking much more long term & it takes a bit of the pressure off. I.e. When you look back in 10 gws time from a much higher position because of a sensible strategy between now & then. Just dont go on tilt!

I think my worst result in a non-snowy week was 19 points and I still finished in top 1K that season, so don't worry, keep on fighting and your time will come.

Opinions on ramires? Half considering downgrading mata to ramires, he seems to offer good value, coverage of chelsea attacking returns, and most crucially, doesnt take up one of the coveted front 3 slots. Hmmmm

      Mata: consistent assists.
      Ramires: semi-consistent goals.
      Mata: expensivo.
      Ramires: cheap like tart.
      Do the math.

Yep cant argue with that. Trouble is though, i think mata is well capabale of adding goals to his game when he settles. Check out his la liga record. Pretty much nailed on at in & around 10 league goals a year.

Definitely going to keep an eye on the situation though, food for thought.

hmmm.. of the two i see Mata as long-term Lampost replacer, but Ramires seems to be the one bursting into the box for now...when Essien is back (if?), Mata might get more forward....

good call i'd say. as well as the goals he's getting forward well and has also missed a couple of chances to boot. But at least he's getting into the right positions.

best decisions i made going into this gw:

    brunt out ramsey in
keeping aguero instead of getting rvp in (though it does save me 2 transfers and hopefully he'll score next week)
switching captain band from adebayor to silva at the last minute

    anyone make any better moves?
