Coming down from the highs of cheering captain Luis Suarez in person to a magnificent two point tally will be hard to do, but, this Sunday, the Dugout Discussion has come good with all sorts of tasty fixtures that will soon cleanse any palette…

There are three early kick-offs at 1:30pm today as we keep track of some top ties – the Manchester derby chief amongst them. All the following line-ups are sourced from the Premier League (@premierleague).

Fergie has named the same back-line as which drew at Liverpool while recalling Anderson, Nani and Wayne Rooney to his starting line-up. Roberto Mancini has kept the faith with Mario Balotelli while he can also call on a fit again Sergio Aguero. Teams in full are…

United XI: De Gea, Evra, Ferdinand, Evans, Smalling, Fletcher, Anderson, Nani, Young, Rooney, Welbeck.

City XI: Hart, Richards, Clichy, Lescott, Kompany, Milner, Barry, Yaya Toure, Silva, Aguero, Balotelli.

Arsene Wenger said he’ll have to rest Robin Van Persie eventually – he has now. Opting instead for the brute force of Marouanne Chamakh against Stoke. Captain Ryan Shawcross will likely find himself up against Aaron Ramsey at some point today. Teams in full are…

Arsenal XI: Szczesny, Mertesacker, Santos, Koscielny, Djourou, Arteta, Song, Walcott, Ramsey, Gervinho, Chamakh.

Stoke XI: Begovic, Shawcross, Wilkinson, Upson, Whelan, Etherington, Wilson, Delap, Whitehead, Crouch, Walters.

Fulham make a widespread amount of changes from their midweek European team while David Moyes gives loan signing Royston Drenthe his first start as well as super sub Apostolos Vellios. Teams in full are…

Fulham XI: Schwarzer, Baird, Riise, Hangeland, Grygera, Murphy, Sidwell, Dempsey. Dembele, Johnson, Zamora.

Everton XI: Howard, Distin, Baines, Hibbert, Jagielka, Neville, Fellaini, Rodwell, Osman, Drenthe, Vellios.

As these games either enter the dying embers or reach a heady climax the fourth game of the day will kick off as Harry Redknapp tries to keep on pressing up the table with a trip to Ewood Park. QPR playing host to Chelsea will then round out the gameweek on all good television screens.

A whole host of opportunities today with a wide array of fixtures and top teams to savour in the Dugout Discussion. Here’s hoping the stars can live up to their billing.

52 from 8 players, was going great then 1 point from 3 Chelsea including captain when that had a good fixture. Still a decent week but should have been much better

looking at the fixture list, are stoke the best looking for the next few gameweeks?!

    Given & Bosingwa -> Begovic & Shawcross

    or

    Given & Shorey -> Begovic & Wilkinson

or just one of the defenders??

WHAt time do the BONUS points come out at on a monday morning usually??!
First week in a while i gained about 20 on rivals thanks to VDV, Silva, RVP(c)

Yeah... Stoke defence look like a good investement with 3 at home outta 4. Begovic for Given is a sound choice but Gven has good fixtures as well (but what does that mean these days)

I think the ticker should be replaced by a form ticker.....

its all about form this season.... not fixtures....

Nani and DeLaet out for VDV and Shawcross. No hit involved

Would love to get Aguro as well but would need multiple hits and the loss of either Bosingwa/Kompany.

    Thoughts ???

One free transfer what to do... 😀 😀 😀

    Vorm (Krul)

Bosingwa, Warnock, Enrique (Simpson, De Laet)

    Nani, Silva, Ramsey, Petrov (Dyer)

    Rooney,Suarez, Adebayor

    2.2 in the bank... 🙂

    So many options.....

    Suarez to Ageuro
    Adebayor to sturridge
    Nani to VDV
    Rooney to RVP

OR a combination of the above for 4 point hit

Your advice would be greatly appreciated 😀

Bos to ShawX..... Chelsea cant keep cs.
      wouldnt change much else...

but option is Nani to VDV... but I wouldnt do that yet.
United have nice fixtures and i expect a repsonse.... and you have Ade for Spurs cover.

Your team is pretty solid mate, the only one I would consider out of the options given is Nani>>>VDV.

      Suarez was great against Norwich
Aguero is a rotation risk IMO
Adebayor has better fixtures that Sturridge
Rooney has a better chance of scoring decent points against Everton than RVP against Chelsea

      I'd just bring in kompany.

Suarez has two good fixtures. Aguero may not play an easy tie before champs league.
Adebayor has great fixtures and has been scoring as well as sturridge.
Nani to VDV may work but I expect a MAN U backlash at everton.
RVP has Chelsea. Wait till the following week if your still keen on that one.

Who do I need to prioritise in getting: VDV or Silva? Have Ag as City cover.

Therefore, the second part of my conundrum is who to get rid of first, Nani or Young?

To cut a long story short, I was having an OK season, but then got obsessed with the Utd V Nor fixture.

At least I can rely on Jonathan Walters!

Silva dude....I have had him all season and nearly every week he delivers. I have both but if I had the option between the 2 Silva all the way.

Out of Nani and Young....Nani would be my choice...young is too sporadic with his points haul for my liking.

    Vorm
    J Enrique, Richards, Bosingwa
    Petrov, VDV, Silva, Sinclair
    RVP, Sturridge, Adebayor
    Subs: Given, S.Taylor, Brown, Moses

Was thinking of doing Moses to Walters tonight before his price rises but if I start Walters who do I bench?? Maybe better to save a transfer for the next GW??

Moses to Walters, play Walters and bench Petrov who tends not to score very highly away from home....?

Think its about time i kneejerk as quickly off the mata bandwagon as i got on it. One big mistake.

Another mistake was holding onto both rooney & nani when there 3 hard fixtures came up. Paying for it and made worse by having risky capt options in mata, ade and suarez.

that is what i got, red arrow to 991K. Surely after 10 poor captain picks I maybe lucky 11th time around?

Fell 4000 places to 294,000. I can deal with that, especially with Ramires and Gabbi chilling on my bench, Bos' sending off, and a (in hindsight) lousy Captain choice in Suarez!
