Coming down from the highs of cheering captain Luis Suarez in person to a magnificent two point tally will be hard to do, but, this Sunday, the Dugout Discussion has come good with all sorts of tasty fixtures that will soon cleanse any palette…

There are three early kick-offs at 1:30pm today as we keep track of some top ties – the Manchester derby chief amongst them. All the following line-ups are sourced from the Premier League (@premierleague).

Fergie has named the same back-line as which drew at Liverpool while recalling Anderson, Nani and Wayne Rooney to his starting line-up. Roberto Mancini has kept the faith with Mario Balotelli while he can also call on a fit again Sergio Aguero. Teams in full are…

United XI: De Gea, Evra, Ferdinand, Evans, Smalling, Fletcher, Anderson, Nani, Young, Rooney, Welbeck.

City XI: Hart, Richards, Clichy, Lescott, Kompany, Milner, Barry, Yaya Toure, Silva, Aguero, Balotelli.

Arsene Wenger said he’ll have to rest Robin Van Persie eventually – he has now. Opting instead for the brute force of Marouanne Chamakh against Stoke. Captain Ryan Shawcross will likely find himself up against Aaron Ramsey at some point today. Teams in full are…

Arsenal XI: Szczesny, Mertesacker, Santos, Koscielny, Djourou, Arteta, Song, Walcott, Ramsey, Gervinho, Chamakh.

Stoke XI: Begovic, Shawcross, Wilkinson, Upson, Whelan, Etherington, Wilson, Delap, Whitehead, Crouch, Walters.

Fulham make a widespread amount of changes from their midweek European team while David Moyes gives loan signing Royston Drenthe his first start as well as super sub Apostolos Vellios. Teams in full are…

Fulham XI: Schwarzer, Baird, Riise, Hangeland, Grygera, Murphy, Sidwell, Dempsey. Dembele, Johnson, Zamora.

Everton XI: Howard, Distin, Baines, Hibbert, Jagielka, Neville, Fellaini, Rodwell, Osman, Drenthe, Vellios.

As these games either enter the dying embers or reach a heady climax the fourth game of the day will kick off as Harry Redknapp tries to keep on pressing up the table with a trip to Ewood Park. QPR playing host to Chelsea will then round out the gameweek on all good television screens.

A whole host of opportunities today with a wide array of fixtures and top teams to savour in the Dugout Discussion. Here’s hoping the stars can live up to their billing.

Livid that I missed his price drop last night! Wanted to make sure Walters came through today unscathed before bringing him in. FISO only had Moses at 80% for the drop as well 🙁

i know, but im playing catch up since i massively messed up my team plying the wc ages ago.
i wont get rid of suarez, he was unlucky, but i might do gerrard to vdv since theyre fixtures look good
then ive still got no city cover (i got rid of nasri for this gw and he was my only mc plaayer) so then im lookin at sturridge for ballo or dzeko.
      i was lovin sturridge too

sometimes you have to wait but sometimes you need to be smarter than that and make a move before the masses do. I've held Nani, Suarez and Walters since day 1 and it's paid off. This week I've traded Nani for VDV because I know both their values will move several points over the next 2 weeks giving me a nice profit.

Unfortunately I also held Moses since day 1 and that hasn't worked

WIth Matas injury is it knee jerk getting VDV for him

Is it risky to do Moses to Walters before his price rise tonight as it will also be before the Carling Cup game and Walters could get injured??

Don't say that; I made that exact transfer a few hours ago to avoid his rise! Take the gamble - Walters has played every minute so far this season and as much as Pulis loves the cups, surely/hopefully he'll rest Jonathan!

OK, I'll pull the trigger. However, if I play him next GW I'll be benching Petrov, Brown and S.Taylor (at least I'll have depth in my squad!)

Tricky - Ramsey is great value and a decent shout for Arsenal cover (I can't afford RVP). I'm giving Walters a go purely because of Stoke's upcoming fixtures and hoping he still plays up top! Ramsey could well be a season-keeper; Wenger loves him atm.

Agree with that, I'll get Walters in tonight and potentially get Ramsey for Sinclair or Petrov (or Walters if he stops playing upfront and scoring so well) at a later date, although I'll probably ditch Bos first

Just made some transfers before their prices rise. This is my current, what do you guys think?

    Bosingwa Kompany Simpson (Barnett Ward)

Bosingwa got sent off today, he will be suspended for two games, i would drop him and get his price before it goes, good chance he will risk his place if chelsea pick up two good wins an especially if they beat arsenal, get rid of him, bring in enrique hes just as good, liverpool have a great run and he will pick up alot of points, hes also .5 cheaper

I wouldn't do that. I also have Bossingwa also but if you sell him you only get half the profit so 5.9 for him. His value will probably go down to 6.1 and you'll lose .2 if you want to buy him back.

It's a long season, I wouldn't be making knee jerk reactions and losing money just for 2 weeks

Hey Guys, I need some sound advice, currently leading my min league by 30 points but i have a tricky spot now that Bosingwa just got sent off

I have 1.7 million in the bank, These are my options for next gameweek

    1. Bosingwa & Modric for Van Der Vaart & Walker
    2. Rooney & Bosingwa for Aguero & Kompany
    3. Bosingwa & Modric for Mata & Assou Ekotto
    4. Straight swap petrov for Sinclair and use my extra in the bank for the enxt gameweek

The third would leave me 1 million for any future transfers to help build the squad

My team is set up currently for gaemweek 10 as

    Ruddy
    Bosingwa, Taylor(Swansea), Enrique
    Silva, Petrov, Modric, Ramsey
    Persie, Rooney, Agbonlonhor

Any extra advice would be great, Im just not sure on Rooney if he will keep playing well, Also what do people think of the likely hood of Silva starting next weekend with bayern coming up, Good chance he will be rested ???

RVP out, Petrov out, Mata out. Had enough of this gameweek...RVP is coming back after next week though.
    Current team is

    Ruddy Vorm
    JEnrique Bosingwa Simpson Naylor
VDV (c) Nani Silva Tiote Dyer
    Aguero (v) Rooney Sturridge

Any thoughts lads? took a four point hit, but I think I made the right decision.

Would still pick RVP over Rooney. Rooney is very much a form player, he's either on or off, and right now he's off. Selling RVP to get him back in a week later is a waste of transfers IMO. Form for forwards, fixtures for defenders. Having said all that your team does look good and nice captain choice.
