brilliantly.. was doin badly with nani etc 2 weeks ago and converted.. since then it's been 61 and 86+ while the rest of my minileague stuck in 40's.. total points crept upto 711.. still low but improvin:)

Disagree to be honest. It confirms that the hamstring was first and foremost in Redknapp's mind when making the decision.
Sure, Defoe will get the odd start, but if the hammy is OK, VDV will generally get the nod.
means less playtime for VDV (60~ 70 min) and resting more often? 'Arry sounded like he wanted VDV on bench more bcoz of Injury concern and less bcoz he found Defoe as a replacement.. Anyways a 60 min VDV is more useful than a 90 min Lampard 😉 (i know i know.. controversial)
