Following on from our earlier tweet regarding Leighton Baines’ yellow card situation, we bring you a quick update:

The FA have in the last few minutes confirmed to us that Baines’ disciplinary record shows 3 bookings this season; vs Chelsea Oct 15, vs Norwich Nov 5 and Wolves Nov 19.

The FA have confirmed that these are his only bookings this season and therefore he is two yellow cards away from a ban, not one as stated by Everton’s recent team news article on their official website.

Our suspension tightrope and Members Player Discipline table is therefore also correct.

Good news, then, ahead of tomorrow’s home clash with Norwich and reassuring for the 6% of Fantasy managers currently holding the left-back with a home clash against Swansea also to follow on Wednesday.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

I need to bench one of: Simpson (SWA); Shawcross (wol); Enrique (avl); Vermaelen (mci)

At the moment, Vemaelen is on my bench. I think Simpson has a good shout for a cleanie against a poor travelling Swansea, I think with Wolves weakened by O'Hara and Jarvis injuries, Fletcher won't get much service so a CS is likely there, and I think that Villa are extremely defensive, so Liverpool have a good chance too.

But I don't like having Verm on my bench. I actually think Arsenal will beat City this weekend, although I think City will score. But I don't want to run the risk of missing Verm's attacking points.

So should I stick with him on my bench, or play him? And if I play him, who do I drop? THANKS!

Just wondering who should I have has Captain. And also some general input wouldn't go a miss.

    Vorm (Ruddy)
    Simpon Enrique Jones (Kompany, Vermaelen)
    Larrson, Mata, Nani, Silva (Ferguson)
    Sturridge, Ba, Adebayor

I am looking at getting rid of Ferguson sooner rather than later to make up for the dead weeks. I currently have Ba has Captain and Nani has V, but it's such a hard choice to make. I only went with Ba due to recent goal scoring form and they are at home, but I have Vorm in goal and him + Swansea defence are on fire.

    Merry Christmas too everyone also!

    so damn confused

    A. play ramsey
    B. 4pt hit to transfer out ramsey or dyer
can get someone up to 5.9 for dyer and up to 7.8 for ramsey

    current options are
    valencia and lennon for ramsey
    eagles jarvis drenthe for dyer

i think dyer is more important to replace over ramsey as atleast ramsey starts and over the christams period we all really need 15 players who start

What do you mean. Sinclair has played every 90 mins apart from the Liverpool game. He takes the pens, scores goals and causes problems for defenders with his pace.

Ramsey doesn't get you more that 3 points on a good day. 11 for Sinclair last week. That's 4 weeks of Ramsey!

Why is out of position a bad thing in the case of Jones and Baines??

You get the clean sheet and they are playing an advanced role on the pitch with more opportunities to score/assist.

And Walters is a midfielder playing up top with Crouch like he has done all season. Hardly OOp.

Hiya lads, need a little help.

For the first time this season i'm stumped as what to do in terms of transfers, i don't feel i need to make any! this is a very strange feeling to me, my team is as follows:

    Westwood
    Enrique, Jones, BAE
    Walters, VDV, Silva, Nani
    Ba, RVP, Adebayor

    Subs: Ruddy: N.Taylor, Simpson, Ferguson

    Questions:

    1. Was thinking of changing keepers but see no point as returns would probably be the same costing me a transfer, not worth it?

    2. Got no chelsea coverage this week, worth taking anyone out for mata?

    3. Take this opportunity to get rid of Ferguson?

    4. Do nothing?

Advice and comments greatly appreciated, apologies for the length of this also. Cheers.
