Wolves will need to make do without Jamie O’Hara once again this evening, as Norwich make their way to Molineux. Chelsea expect John Terry to be fit for Thursday’s clash with Spurs after suffering an Achilles tweak, while reports suggest Gareth Bale is winning his fitness battle ahead of the all-London showdown.

Steve Kean’s worries mount up, with Scott Dann and Gael Givet both out for Blackburn in tonight’s Lancashire derby with Bolton. Arsene Wenger and Alan Pardew both have dilemmas in the midfield area, with Alex Song and Yohan Cabaye missing out against Aston Villa and West Brom respectively due to one-match bans.

As ever, keep checking Team News for all the latest reports, outs and doubts and predicted lineups. There’s also our handy Twitter feed which brings you news links direct from the source.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Chelsea V Tott... I'm thinking it'll be a draw... But 1-1? or 0-0? Deliberating whether to include BAE into the 1st 11.

Simpson. Evans. Enrique are my current back line.

        What about this dilemma guys

I am entering a double GW in the Sky Sports Fantasy Football.

I am either gonna captain –

        Rooney @ Fulham & (H) to Wigan

        or

        RVP @ Villa & (H) to Wolves

I think RVP is the stand out option but hear this. With the proposed Boxing Day tube strikes, the fixture would potentially be moved forward 24 hours but this would move it out of this GW and onto the next.

Do I play it save in the knowledge that Rooney will play both 90 mins or risk it with RVP in the hope that there is no strike and that Wenger isn’t tempted to rest him which he has done on a few occassions???

        Advice much appreciated.

For this week, then yeah, but long term, I reckon Richards will prove the top scoring defender in the game. He's always in the opposition box and always likely to keep a cleanie.

Vermaelen is the player that impresses me most in defence at the moment, both as a fantasy prospect and an actual player. The way he organises the defence and runs up the pitch. In the final third of the match against Man City he looked more like a striker. Fantastic player.

I've considered long and hard ditching him for baines and I'm sorry, its just not going to happen. The verminator is a season keeper for me.

Baines and Verm offer potential from the backline with one key difference: Arsenal score many goals. The key with Baines will be picking him up when Everton finally get going (perhaps early Jan when Donovan arrives?)

oooh. tricky. I'd love Baines until after the DGW...but agree Vermalen looks like he's got goals in him. Ars's fixtures not the worst either. + you'd feel so turd if you got rid and he snuck up with another goal, probably worse than if Baines scores a penna....(or is that just me!)

JOnts, decision made all the more easy by Baines/Everton failure to perform. DGW could be worth a one-off switch, tough, or maybe you can squeeze them both in.Verms did look really dangerous against MC, for sure.

Trouble with DGW is, which EVE players are worth having at all? Drenthe, maybe, Baines probably, but then I'm struggling. Howard perhaps, Osman? Really hard to see me having three EVEs for GW 20.

I'm going to get a defender from everton...jags possibly. May get Drenthe in, maybe osman if I'm feeling dangerous, but I think the real dgw action will be among spurs players not everton.

Everton players during the DGW remind me of my first ever maths teacher when she said, "Jonty, what is 2 plus 2?

Alan Pardew insists that he hasn't had a bust-up with Hatem Ben Arfa, but the player is going to have to wait for his chance: “He will find his best form before the end of the season but how quickly that is I don’t know. I will use him as I see fit, I did not use him on Saturday because I did not think the situation was right. Simple as that.”

Can't see him making a cameo. Will start and get 60 odd minutes(which should be enough) or nothing at all. Surely Mankini won't bring him on for 15 minutes?

Citeh have scored every single game this year. Can't see that changing, especially with no Shawx.

If not, Ba will have to do the biz.

Mancini does like to bring him on for some reason though. wasnt there an easy home game that City were winning, when he threw Silva on for a 20min canter.
If i had Ba, as you do, i'd prob go safe with him to be honest

I don't know which of these to do as my free transfer, any help appreciated:

    1) Aguerro to Ba (would leave me without attacking MCY cover)
    2) Aguerro to Rooney (would leave me without attacking MCY cover, I also have Nani)
    3) Kompany to Vermaelen (would leave me without MCY defensive cover)
    4) VDV to Silva (would leave me without TOT attacking cover)

I'm tempted by 1) because with the cash made I could take a 4 point hit and do a crappy def to Verm or a crappy mid to Silva.

But Aguerro has looked really sharp the last couple of games, is he about to grap a few?

And Tottenham didn't look good without Bale and Lennon, it might be time to ditch VDV.

    Any thoughts?

what are people's opinions on the likelihood of suarez getting a ban? I'd be really interested to hear, i don't know too much about it. i'm considering a cheeky punt on klasnic or yak in for him. obviously that would be outrageously risky but it could just come off

id decide between larsson and walters which one to keep, you cant play all 8 attackers, with drenthe there now, there is no obvious sub choice. So id downgrade one of larsson or walters this week, then do a double next week by dropping kompany and the other of larsson/walters for mata and a cheap defender.
You can drop one of those mids this gw cause your defence is strong with options, play a 4-4-3.
you can get by without kompany after this week, city have 4 of next 6 on road, they arent keeping cleanies regularly, the 2 home ties are TOT and LIV i think, plus the WC is coming up. Roll with united/liverpool/everton/newcastle options at the back.

That did take a lot out of me. my tiny brain hurts.
I've got Silva, and i'd love to (c) him, but just too many doubts about his game time. I thought he looked knackered after the Ars game.
I'd be too scared of him being on the bench, City being 1-0 up and him getting 25 mins. Might be enough. Might not.
Ba has 90 mins vs. a VERY inconsistent and pretty leaky WBA.
