Not in my opinion, unless those targets are part of your long term plan.
It comes down to whether or not you fancy Everton to keep a clean sheet, as they'd have to keep at least one just to recover the 4 point hit.

Worth buying Rodwell? Already have Drenthe, BAE, Bale and Adebayor for the DGW. Thinking about using the WC soon after, and both Everton and Tottenham have nice fixtures the week after. But then again, a player with a normal GW could easily outscore both Drenthe and Rodwell in their DGW?
The reason I only can afford Rodwell is because I'm using one of my two free tranfers to switch Wilkinson to BAE, so then Ramsey needs to go....
