You might have noticed that Fantasy Football Scout has continued to grow this season. Hopefully, this will continue into next term and, with ideas and plans forming week on week, I’ve decided it’s time to look to add at least one new member to our team of contributors.

We’re looking for a writer to join Sir Paulos’ editorial team – someone who can commit their time and enthusiasm to the site, take charge of a section and make it there own. Hopefully someone who can grow with us and help us into another exciting season of development.

Ideally we’re looking for someone who…

Has a knowledge and passion, not just for Premier League football but for Fantasy Football. You will have opinions and be able to back them up with enthusiasm.
Is willing to volunteer and contribute their passion and their time to become an invaluable member of a growing editorial team.
Has good, strong writing skills with the ability to produce tight, entertaining editorial – in line with the house style, but with a twist of personality.
Is available to contribute opinions throughout the week and at weekends, helping to shape decisions and editorial direction within the Scout team.
Is available to contribute articles on a weekly basis and be prepared to take charge of an established section of the site, making it their own and working in collaboration with the team to grow it further.

If you feel you’d like to put yourself forward for this role, please send a short summary of yourself, along with a sample of your writing to writers@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk.

If you don’t have any samples of writing available, please supply a Watchlist article – of a player of your choice, written to our template, an example of which can be found here.

This process is typically lengthy and it’s likely that Sir Paulos and I will be looking at applications from now right through until the end of January. Please be patient with us, we will try to get back to applicants as soon as possible and we will keep you up to date with the process via the site as we go.

super- confused between Bale and VDV? I have a sneaky feeling that VDV may overtake a more dominant second-striker role with Adebayor leaving (along with Defoe).

  thanks for the responses chaps - I've not been a Kun or Moses owner yet, so haven't felt the pain of all the ups and downs, but in the cold light of day I think they are both good picks in their own ways.
  I don't want a rotator in the Moses position, I want a bencher who'll mostly play if called upon and stand a chance of getting points when he does. Kun is there because he is so damned consistent when he plays. Like Silva he can turn it on against anyone.
  
  I've been quite successful with the 2 big, 1 cheapie strikers and quite fancy a change to 3 solid bigguns 🙂

  What worries me is that a lot of WC teams look either similar or worse then my current team!
  About the above team no Sunderland players? They seem to be on a hot streak at the moment. Also peter crouch/walters? Stoke have good fixtures every second game.

    I like Sess and yes, Sun are looking a form outfit under MO but the only player I could possibly lose would be Valencia and I don't want to be without ManU coverage. You can't have them all. As for Stoke, Walters maybe but same problem fitting him in and my rivals all have him.

Ok so I know there are loads of these floating around, but I'd much appreciate opinions on a possible wildcard team, for GW22 onwards.

I would do Baines -> Shotton/Wilkinson to free up funds later (23-24)
This is just a first draft, a concept. Really like the look of Helguson as a cheap 3rd striker.
