The first double-gameweek of the season rolls on with two fixtures tonight, as Newcastle United host Manchester United, and Everton face Bolton Wanderers. The Dugout Discussion chatroom is open to capture you views on the events as they unfold.

Again the drama starts tonight with the (sometimes untrustworthy) incoming team news, but here are the official line-ups…

Newcastle XI: Krul, Simpson, Coloccini, Williamson, Santon, Ryan Taylor, Tiote, Cabaye, Gutierrez, Shola Ameobi, Ba

Man United XI: Lindegaard, Valencia, Ferdinand, Jones, Evra, Park, Carrick, Giggs, Nani, Berbatov, Rooney

Two changes for the home, as Gabriel Obertan misses the opportunity to face his former club. Also out is Haris Vuckic, with Davide Santon and Shola Ameobi starting for the Magpies.

As for the visitors, Sir Alex drafts in Anders Lindegaard, Rio Ferdinand, Ryan Giggs and Wayne Rooney for the trip to St. James Park.

Everton XI: Howard, Hibbert, Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Donovan, Neville, Heitinga, Osman, Stracqualursi, Saha

Bolton XI: Bogdan, Steinsson, Cahill, Knight, Ricketts, Mark Davies, Muamba, Reo-Coker, Petrov, Eagles, Ngog

Whilst the game in the North-East will hold the attention of most, fantasy managers will have one eye on the game at Goodison Park, where Everton play their first fixture of two this gameweek.

David Moyes boldly goes with two strikers up front and starts Landon Donovan for the first time in his two-month loan period.

The Bolton team news is that Gary Cahill starts, despite his expected imminent move to the capital.

Follow the action in our Dugout Discussion chatroom, which can be accessed right here.

If he starts most games then without doubt. Hold off another week or so once both richardson and larsson fit. Larsson will start no matter what, so just a case out of him and richardson. From a season ticket holders view, I'd much prefer McClean and I don't think O'Neill is daft.

    16pts behind in FPL Cup.

We both have Ba and Silva for bonuses. I have Bale(c) and maybe Howard and Walker possibly getting any bonuses? He has Sessegnon.

Bale(c), VDV, Howard, Drenthe and Walker to come for me. Potentially will be 10-14 behind.

    I have this won right?

Well I was thinking that Che at the moment is a mess! FPL wise. But there is no point on not having coverage of them, with the list of fixtures ahead. If Sturridge is doubtful, their defence shaky... their Mata a poor's man Silva... I was thinking what about Ramires? He should be the next option, right?

Ive been tinkering looking at fixtures for the next few, and trying to standardize a choice midfield for the WC, I know this comes across as an annoying question, but im trying to make up a template which I can work on.

    Bale. Silva. Dempsey. (Nani/Mata?) (Walters/Sessegnon?)

Nani's got terrible fixtures, welll not the best at least, Walters is a beast at home and Sess is slowly and steadily getting there.

    Thoughts?

Looks decent but who will you bench each week?
I have Mata and am keeping, but I'd wait on investment to see who they buy and how they improve.
Even if they just sign a winger or striker he becomes a much better buy straight away.
Oh, and he's normally on penalties if he wasn't such a pussy.

Ba currently is 7.6 million and I’ll only get 7 back due to the sell on fee rules as i bought him in GW9 at 6.4, is it worth keeping him as an inactive sub in the hope that he wont drop too much and playing 5 in midfield, as doing a couple of calcs, i'm thinking if its around 1 month he'll be away for, poss a 0.1 drop per GW whilst he is away would put him at 7.2, which would mean for me if i want to bring him back in my team it would cost me 0.2 to buy him back again….
did i get that right ? how long is the cup of nations ?,

I like it. Same strikeforce as me and you can switch Sturridge to Ba when he's back. Midfield is good, the only problem is who to bench. Do Sunderland and Stoke rotate well? Only question mark in defence is Shotton's playing time. Vorm and Sorensen don't rotate well so I'd look to change Sorensen. Krul/Schwarzer (once back) rotate better with Vorm.

Not sure about doubling on Swans with their home games getting tough but they seem to be getting better away from home now (CS in 2 of their last 3 away games and 3/9 of their CS have now come away from home).

Kelly at Fulham (3.9) could be a shout but I think he is also a rotation risk like Shotton.

Hmm good point, was thinking a double up could also be risky, could always give macauley a chance see if that works out, around that price range though its hit and miss with a lot of defenders.

yeah swansea do seem to be improving away from home though, so could always risk it for first few games, dunno really. i had kelly in but i honestly think he will be out soon and not a first choice in starting IX.

Average is 38. Score currently needed for 20% League is 38 + 7.6 or 46, plenty struggling & still plenty of autosubs to boost the average.

If thats true, a good signing for QPR. Wasn't long ago he was a Chelsea stalwart.

Looks like he doesn't want to return to Brazil, fingers crossed.

if that's true it's a superb signing. the likes of hill and hall did a great job getting them into the premier league but alex is a class above

Anyone care to rate my WC team.

    Krul Vorm
    Kompany Riise Raylor Naylor Cahill
    Silva Sessengon Dempsey Bale Moses
    Van Persie Sturridge Aguero

All that and .5 in the bank. Nothing is really glaring to me. Your thoughts?

So just doing some fiddling with my Wildcard team, am i stupid for thinking about taking RVP out? This is my current WC team:

    Vorm
    P.Jones, Enrique, Santon
    Silva, Nani, VDV, Bale, Valencia
    Bellamy, Sturridge

    (Ruddy, Yakubu, Kelly, Caulker)
Valencia to become Gerrard when he is getting regular gametime.
Thought will be very much appreciated
