Scout Notes on today’s FA Cup action will be heading your way tomorrow, for now, we thought we’d bring you word that, as we did in January last season, we’ll be introducing a half-season membership. The price of membership to Fantasy Football Scout will drop from £15 to £10 for the remainder of the season on Monday.

This half season offer will give access to the Members Area, Members Ticker and Members articles, right up until June 1 and arrives in time for those still pondering their January wildcard selections.

We’re currently working on updated Player Projections that will offer our view on the players for the remaining 18 gameweeks. We’re also producing some FAQ based tutorials that will help new and existing members get the most from the Members area and tools. We expect both to be published early next week to coincide with the half-season offer. Click here for details on the benefits available to Members.

Coverage on the Scout gets back to normal next week after the busy holiday programme, with our usual regulars making reappearance. We’re also unveiling a new guest writer who will be contributing members and non-members articles for the remainder of the season. With at least two new writers to be announced from the recent “Scouting for Writers” article, the next few weeks should see plenty of progress. More on that next week.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Scholes unlikely to start games for now but himself and Ben Arfa are real bargains.
