      If he stays yellow flagged like he is now (cos most people don't bother to check off site) its unlikely. But if they red flag him people will bail out and he'll drop like a stone.

    Guys,

    Can you help? I'm 166 points behind my mini league leader - and already played both my wildcards ;-(

    However, thanks to the advice on here I'm slowly making ground up 😉

    So I now have 2 free transfers this week and need to make them count. Can you have a look at my team and please advise me on what you would do here? BTW...I have 0 in the bank ;-(

      Need more money invested in your defense.

      I'd try get Kompany or Richards in, downgrade Aguero > Sturridge or Rooney > Welbeck would be the best option imo.

        Thanks for that...yep, I think Rooney maybe the one to go, due to fixtures and poor form (although you never know with him)

        Was thinking Rooney -> Bent, and Kilgallon -> Citeh Defender.

      It would help if we knew the opponents team...

      Leave strike-force as is, unless Rooney is confirmed out. Even then, McClean will come in for you which isnt bad.
      Leave midfield as is.

      I'd sell Stockdale for Mignolet OR Sorenson, and keep the other transfer, and play:

      Mignolet
      Evans Kelly Simpson
      Dempsey Silva Sess Bale (C)
      Aguero Rooney RVP

      The week after, sell Kilgallon for Shotton.

        If you'd have followed the recent articles then you may have had Bobby Zamora, Sessegnon, Dempsey etc in your team already for this week.

        The trick to following advice on the forums is to stick to advice from a few people you know have given good advice over the season and take everything else with a pinch of salt.

        There's a lot of very good advice on the forums.

          Absolutely - I've also found it useful to "play the prices" a little as well, something I hadn;t really contemplated before being here. It's about assimilating who dishes out the best advice, as well as going with your gut. Great score BTW mate!

      Using FFS completely ruined my early season, listened to the bandwagons far too much.

        Agree. Knowing the bandwagons that have merit and those that don't is key. Best advice on bandwagons is look at stats. If they have little premiership experience or good stats then wait and see...hop aboard when its moving along. A good bandwagon will have good stats to back em up.

        I've also played the prices more this year. Really handy in the first half of the season.

          I personally have Valencia for Man U cover as hes pretty consistent, so if you think hes an option could downgrade Rooney and do Ben Arfa/Walters > Valencia

          Yeah that was my only concern... and it bit me this week benching Bale. I WC'ed last week and was going to for McClean instead of Sess and beef up the defence.
          Not really many defensive options I fancy at the moment though. Only Huth perhaps.

        I WC'ed for 22 and as you can see went with Aguero. I think Valencia/Welbeck is enough United coverage at the moment. Evans is just there for the ride at his price.

      I'd recommend Lescott as I think he is a definite starter in the middle with Kompany. Also Lescott has scored at least twice this season which makes him a potential goalthreat from set pieces 🙂

        hmmm..Risky Richards is risky, iv had Komp for most of season til suspension, he's been perfectly fine, better rewards than lezza lescott.

    I think this is the first time I've actually had a decent score after a wildcard. In fairness though, only Valencia and Mignolet were good picks for this week. My three defenders got me 4 points.

    Sturridge RVP Adebeyor
    No free trades. However enough in the bank to do Cabaye to Dempsey (-4 points) [would mean benching Sturridge]

    Trying to work out whether to WC or not. Main worry being that players like Aguero, Sess etc are all going to rise once/twice by next Tues. I want ManC players for the future (Kompany or Richards + Aguero maybe), but seems wrong to lose my Spurs players this week (Ade + BaE) -hence the reluctance to WC. what d'ya think?

          I've thought about that as well. Wasn't Cahill shit-hot before he went to the Asian thingy last winter but when he came back it took him a year to score! These mid-season tournaments can do strange things to certain individuals.

      Chelsea are away to Swansea who have a good record at home. I'd go with McClean who is against Norwich at home.

        True, but Sturridge has scored 2 goals and 2 assists against Newcastle, Liverpool and Man City this season, 3 very good defenses.

      is that to play or transfer in?

      My instinct says get the guy in the better team which is sturridge, but mcClean's form and fixture is tough to ignore.

      If it was me I'd be inclined to give Sturridge a go.

      I have a similar issue next week, do I bench Fletcher (LIV) or Ben Arfa (bla)..inclined to bench Fletcher at the mo.

        Yeah to play, just don't know which Sturridge is going to turn up really.
        I'd bench Fletch if I were you, Liverpool *should* tighten things up after the weekends display.

          I think so too.. goose was on twitter at the weekend talking about the bolton game being a blip. I'm putting Skrtel in and benching Fletcher for now. Ben Arfa against Blackburn is too good an opportunity to turn down.

      Tough call, depends if AVB uses his noggin and benches Torres, in which case I'd go for Krul. But with Swans home record and Chelsea's display at Carrow Road on Saturday, SuperVorm is hard to ignore.

    Leaning towards A couse i already have Silva and Aguero for City coverage, but sweet run of games ahead of them after EVE away, and McClean looks like a PPI monster!

    Please help had an awful week!!!
    Already used my FT this week as I had exact money to do Drenthe to Sessegnon. this is my current team:

    RVP Fletcher Aguero

    Should I wildcard to this team or wait till next week and try and pick some differentials based on the change of fixtures? gone from 50k to 95k this week.
