Rafael Van der Vaart looks set to return to the Spurs starting lineup, after Harry Redknapp confirmed that he has trained all week ahead of the derby showdown with Arsenal.

Emmanuel Adebayor and Benoît Assou-Ekotto should also shake off respective problems, whilst Luka Modric looks likely to recover from the flu. Their counterparts could well have a reinforced backline with Laurent Koscielny and Kieran Gibbs potentially recovering; a decision will be made on the pair tomorrow.

Ryan Taylor has recovered from an ankle injury for Newcastle as they take on Wolves – whose leading scorer Steven Fletcher is a doubt with a virus. Elsewhere, Junior Hoilett is fit for Blackburn, whilst reports suggest that Tom Cleverely may have suffered an ankle injury during Manchester United’s game with Ajax.

    Was never expected to keep a clean sheet against arsenal no matter what squad they put out.. however, he is back at CB, and with mertesacker and most prob konscielny out he'll be the guy they'll be aimin for from every set piece.. which ups his goal threat even more as playin at LB and the presence of kons had made it less.. surely a good option this week if you have him

    first
    A. huth to evans
    B. huth to a.cole
    pretty sure its A. have to do this one as i dont want huth anymore and i want evans eventually

    A. Valencia to mata

    C. save it and play Mcclean

    i was initially set on A + A but have recently been convincing myself to go for A + C .. thoughts appreciated

        Yeah I'm worried about his mins for sure but my defence was pretty weak so I figured Santon and Mata were better then Sig and Aguero. I could do Dzeko to Aguero but will Aguero get a full game? Will get come off after 60 mins? Is there higher value in Aguro and Sig than in Santon and Mata?

    Was happy to bench Enrique in anticipation of a DGW but the case to get rid is growing. He currently has two confirmed games in the next four gameweeks and they are not games where I’d play him.
