He changed that element of his game about 2 years ago.

He's playing OOP, like Rooney did until recently. Last few times out it's been Cisse is up front with Ba in the hole or even deeper. Cisse gets to wear his boots but not (it seems) for 90 mins... tellingly, when he goes off, Ameobi jumps straight into them, Ba stays back. I don't know how long Pardew will carry this on, but while it does Ba is unlikely to be the main goalscorer.
Injuries don't help. We're without Tiote once more, and Raylor was a miss this weekend. When the midfield gets more sorted I think you might see something like a 4-4-2 again, or with a good home game even 4-3-3 with Ben Arfa..Open Controls -

We played the Grand Final over the weekend. We ended up finishing below the other team on the ladder due to bonus points & them winning 3 outrights & losing 4 games. We ended the season undefeated. Terrible way to lose. We had to win 1st inns but only managed a draw so they won. Dropping 10 catches in the final didn't help. Would have been a good finish if we caught half of them.

Nah not Kompany. Bad fixtures and not worth the money at this stage unless you have a redic team value. BAE and Caulker for Value and CS potential. Use the money to maybe fund a differential in MF like Lampard or Gerrard after you get tired of Walcott lets you down.

Suarez owners - contenders for his replacement after the WIG game?
a) Adebayor - great fixtures but not really on form
b) Balotelli - average fixtures but seamingly the current favourite striker for Mancini
c) Drogba - decent form and fixtures
d) Stick with Suarez - decent fixtures, ok formOpen Controls-

C looks interesting outta that lot but I might go for none of the above. Considering a major dowgrade of Suarez -> Graham and then go with a MF of: Valencia, Lampard, Gerrard, Bale and Sig to make a major push as high up as I can go.

Anyone fancy a bit of Baines for a few games from GW31 onwards? Not had him all season, but downgrading Nani -> Valencia gives me money to upgrade Skrtel (have Enrique also) and his fixtures in GW31-33 incl aren't bad...
