Should my free transfer this week be used to transfer out Skrtel or Ba?
Open Controls -
Funny how these Mickey Mouse mid-season tournaments can totally destroy some players' form. Tim Cahill has NEVER recovered from his Asian jaunt last year (remember how good he was pre-Christmas up until then) and Ba has gone from being a sublime talent to a total nonentity in the space of 3 games in Africa!
Open Controls-
Tell me about that. I was shouting whole the time about Ba and his goal in the first game back fooled me. And I was minority telling not go with him
Open Controls -
Not totally his fault to be fair, Pardew has stuck him out on the wing which doesn't help. I agree though, it does appear to throw them for a loop. That said Yaya has been fine since coming back so it doesn't affect them all.
Open Controls-
but Yaya is just a beast, I'm not even sure he's human

Ba's not playing badly he's changed position and Newcastle in general wern't playing quite as well. He's not playing as good as he was either but there's a few factors.
And Cahill did his foot in in Asia - but could have happened anywhere.Open Controls -
yeah, I said Ba wouldnt be the same after ACON
Open Controls -
I think it's unfair to call them Mickey Mouse tournaments..they are international tournaments after all. It makes you sound imperialist.
Although Liverpool have never been the same since the League Cup 🙂Open Controls

My current ditchlist: Skrtel, Young, Suarez
Current: Wantlist: Baines, Rooney, Miyaichi
Plenty of dosh to do it. Could even keep Skrtel and ditch Simpson instead but not sure it's worth an 8 point hit. I guess the best policy is just to watch tomorrow and see how 'essential' Rooney is/Young isn't.Open Controls-
-
nope I am also ditching him after this week. Though that is partly I want the last United spot open for Hernandez for GW32.
Open Controls -
Not really - it's to get Rooney in. I took a miscalculated risk. With Nani back Young will get rotated and costs a lot more than Valencia.
As I said though we'll see. If Young plays a blinder or Rooney is still playing in a support role then I'll re-think.Open Controls

I'm looking at a 4 pointer as well
Young and Santon (at least Simpson starts, though will Colo out Perch will go inside, but then Newcastle defence worries me without him) out and Theo and Verm in.Open Controls

Sorry for repost got caught at the end of last page:
PP Cup:
Me: 19pts with Evans, Valencia, Rooney (c)
Him: 28pts with Evans, Valencia, Rooney.
All comes down to Rooney. If it turns out Valencia doesn’t play, Dempsey comes in for him, Pogrebnyak comes in for me. Could be a triumph or a tragedy depending on the Roon-meister. Goal, assist and 2 bps minimum should clinch it I reckon. Possible or am I living in a dream world?Open Controls -
Would anyone be kind enough to give me an idea of how Odemwingie played today? Foolish idea to bring him in and rotate him in the run-in?
Open Controls-
Not amazingly well, but he wasn't helped by the fact that in the first half WBA were determined to give the ball to Newcastle at every given opportunity. I'd give him another chance, when the team are up to their normal level of performance and he isn't just back from injury.

A biased opinion is that they are a pathetic, scum club that despite spending enormous sums for years and years could never win anything until they benefitted from their rivals being punished based on extremely shaky evidence.
That the team is crap is factual 😉Open Controls

My team for next week lads atm:
Schwarzer
Skrtel(new)-Evans(bla)-BAE(swa)
Walcott(avl)-Valencia(bla)-Dempsey(NOR)-Siggy(tot)
Drogba(avl)-RVP(qpr)-Rooney(bla)
Bench:Mignolet-McAuley-Caulker-Surman
Was thinking to do these transfers this week: Drogba>Jelavic and Surman>Bale for a 4pt hit.
Jelavic is playing for an Everton inform and have these three in next to come (WBA,sun,NOR)
I need to get Bale in.-

Do people think Raylor's return to fitness will result in Barfa's playing time diminishing?
Open Controls-
I'd think that with Barfa demonstrating such nice attack and assist from mid, that Raylor would shift back towards defense where they could not use Santon so much. Also, with Coloccini hurt today (I think I heard that somewhere), they need more help in back than in mid

Um no, just got on; 42 is usually quite low for on here. Sorry if i offended you!
Open Controls-
Seriously tho, McClean (goal and assist), Cisse (two goals and an assist), Walcott (goal), Miyachi (assist), captain still to come - you must have had a inkling that you've done OK!!
Open Controls-
Yeah but they're popular fss players. I'm definitely checking previous post before posting next time!!!
