A packed Wednesday night of Premier League action sees no fewer than eight teams take to the field. With fantasy points galore on offer (hopefully), the Dugout Discussion opens to watch then roll in. The team news from all four games is in…

Wigan XI: Al Habsi, Alcaraz, Caldwell, Figueroa, Boyce, McCarthy, McArthur, Beausejour, Moses, Di Santo, Maloney.

Man Utd XI: De Gea, Jones, Ferdinand, Evans, Evra, Valencia, Giggs, Carrick, Young, Rooney, Hernandez.

The champions travel to the DW Stadium looking to cement their position at the top, and make three changes to their starting line-up. Rafael, Paul Scholes and Danny Welbeck all may way, with Phil Jones, Ryan Giggs and Javier Hernandez coming in. The hosts are unchanged.

Man City XI: Hart, Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Clichy, Silva,De Jong, Barry, Nasri, Aguero, Tevez.

West Brom XI: Foster, Jones, Dawson, Olsson, Shorey, Cox, Mulumbu, Scharner, Andrews, Dorrans, Long.

Hoping to pounce on any slip up from United, City name Carlos Tevez amongst their starting line-up for the first time since September. Micah Richards, David Silva and Nigel De Jong also come in. West Brom make five changes, with Liam Ridgwell, Chris Brunt, Gareth McCauley, Peter Odemwingie and Marc Antoine-Fortune all departing.

Wolves XI: Hennessey, Zubar, Stearman, Bassong, Ward, Kightly, Henry, Davis, Edwards, Jarvis, Doyle.

Arsenal XI: Szczesny, Sagna, Vermaelen, Djourou, Santos, Song, Arteta, Ramsey, Benayoun, Walcott, Van Persie.

Sylvan Ebanks-Blake and Stephen Fletcher are dropped by Terry Connor, with David Davis and Kevin Doyle their replacements. As for the Gooners, Johan Djourou, Andre Santos and Aaron Ramsey earn starts.

QPR: Kenny, Onuoha, Ferdinand, Hill, Taiwo, Mackie, Barton, Diakite, Buzsaky, Taarabt, Zamora.

Swansea: Vorm, Rangel, Caulker, Williams, Taylor, Sigurdsson, Britton, Allen, Routledge, Graham, Sinclair.

For the slightly later (and televised) 8pm kick-off, Mark Hughes welcomes Joey Barton and Bobby Zamora back in to the starting eleven, having missed the 2-0 defeat at Old Trafford on Sunday. Swansea also recall a couple of big names, with Scott Sinclair and Danny Graham restored to the line-up.

Follow the action as it unfolds in our Dugout Discussion chatroom, which can be accessed right here.

    My points this week:

    2

    1 1 1 1

    2 2 2 7

    2 9x2

At least I chose the right captain.

What an upset for us United fans.... someone should slap Phil Dowd and the rest of the referees Wigan goal comes from a corner that wasnt, ball bounces against the wigan player so it wasnt a corner for wigan!!! Jones never touch it! and Figueroa`s handball was too d@mn obvious! had to be a penalty! What an awful game!

      Wigan well deserved the win.
      United were awful.
Valencia played his worst game for a long time (didnt want to see his old team going down????)
Rooney ineffective and hauled off early.
Little Pea just peed everyone off!
Evans lucky not to have been sent off.
Giggs wasted possession so many times
Carrick shooting was wayward to say the least

And this all from a United fan!

I have a slight feeling that Nasri barely touched the ball for the third goal after the pass from Aguero. Of course it can be the need for my captain (Nasri) to do as good as he could. I have to watch again the third goal.

        Depressing watching tonight:

        United lose (deservedly)
The Swans lose (deservedly) - looks like I got on the Siggy bandwagon too late.
Walcott gets a double figure Fantasy haul - Bale > Walcott should have been done for a 4 pointer.
Mancini smiled (and City upped their goal difference).

I'm sure these mind games don't actually make one bit of difference anyway.

Didn't he say after the weekend games that it wasn't over? So now it is, with Utd losing and them winning? Is he mental?

United were truely awful tonight. Defence was a shambles especially Evra and Ferdinand who is two slow for this level. Sure he looks good when were dominating an he has loads of time on the ball but Moses burned past him a few times tonight. Midfield could not get any control whatsoever and giggs was to weak to impose himself in the middle. Valencia ( our best winger) decided to stand in inside and pass the ball backwards all night, never once did I see him beat his man which he was more than able to do.
Our subs were totally ineffective and I ask you why Berbatov can't even get on the bench? He could have made a difference unlike Welbeck who has been poor the last 2 months.
