Gameweek 35 kicks off with a game between third-placed Arsenal and sixth-placed Chelsea. Champions League qualification (and all the money it brings) is at stake, and the Dugout Discussion opens to see how it plays out. The line-ups from the early game have been released, and are as follows…

Arsenal XI: Szczesny, Sagna, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Ramsey, Song, Walcott, Rosicky, Oxlade-Chamberlain, van Persie.

Chelsea XI: Cech, Bosingwa, Cahill, Terry, Bertrand, Essien, Romeu, Malouda, Sturridge, Torres, Kalou.

From the defeat at the hands of struggling Wigan there are four casualties, with Johan Djourou, Andre Santos, Mikel Areta and Yossi Benayoun all out of the eleven. In comes Laurent Koscielny, Kieran Gibbs, Aaron Ramsey and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Juggling his priorities, Roberto Di Matteo makes eight (8) changes ahead of the second leg Champions League semi-final against Barcelona. Petr Cech, John Terry and Gary Cahill are the only survivors from the first leg.

After the game at the Emirates we’ve got five 3pm fixtures to enjoy, before the day’s football concludes at Loftus Road for the game between QPR and Tottenham.

The Dugout Discussion chatroom will be open for the entirety of today’s action, and can be accessed right here.

If they get knocked out by barca I am going for lampard, seeing as they will have to go for it in the league then. Surely he would not be benched if they're chasing the top 4 more

Depends at which point you take it-at 59.58 he was stood next to the officials, at 59.59 he starts to walk and enters the field of play on(or sadly split seconds before) the 60 min mark.

I have replayed it several times-I can accept it may not be given but it is very marginal not as clear as you make out.

Sunderland with Sess as a ML differential.

Swansea with Caulker being rivals diff.

Point isn't an awful result for Arsenal there.

Spurs are 6 points behind, 2 games in hand but it will be a tough game today.
Newcastle still have to play Chewls, City and Everton
Chewls still have to play Newcaslte and Liverpool.

It's only because of FPL failure and the fact that Chelsea put out such a second string side that people consider it a poor result.

A draw today is a great result for Arsenal IMO.
