As promised, our Sky Sports Stats tables are now live and available in our Members Area. These new tables can be found under Player Stats, with the additional button giving access to tables that list the key stats that govern the Sky Sports Fantasy Football bonus points.

For those who haven’t noticed the rule change in the Sky Sports game, players now earn 2 points for achieving 60+ successful passes in a match, with a further 2 points awarded for players winning four or more tackles. The game will use Opta data to award these bonus points.

In our stats tables you can view Successful Passes and Tackles Won for last seasonโ€™s players and weโ€™ve added tables that record the number of bonus points players would have been awarded based on this data. Weโ€™ve broken these down into passes and tackles, added an overall bonus total column and included a minutes per bonus stat so you can assess players according to time played.

As with all our stats, you can filter these by a series of intervals, including last four matches, last four Gameweeks and Home and Away matches.

Of course, weโ€™ll be running these tables next season so youโ€™ll be able to apply these filters to the stats as things progress to spot those players taking advantage of the new bonus rules.

Right now, this data is not available in the Sky Sports Fantasy Football game or anywhere else โ€“ only our members have access to these stats.

Weโ€™ll be following this up with a full in-depth article for members, analysing the trends that these tables reveal and identifying the likely targets, in terms of bonus points, for the coming season.

    Seriously considering Aguero > Rooney GW2 instead

    + 1.5m to spend elsewhere
    + Midfield strengthened Maloney > Pienaar
    + Torres has better fixture than Aguero GW2

    - No City cover GW3 (but come GW4 I would look to move on Aguero anyhow due to CL rotation)
    - Torres price drop (could be up to 0.3)
    - Would bench Mata GW3 (mid of Nzog Pienaar Bale Noble is adequate enough though)

    Torres > Cisse GW3 instead

          Because of Champions League? You could make the same argument for Rooney not starting GW4 then. He does get rested on occasion and WIG is a fixture that allows it.

            Yep and straight after Internationals.

            Rooney plays 95% of games and will not be rested so early on in the season. If RVP signs he will be rested GW4 or CL, Rooney will play both imo.

              Didn't Aguero start 95% of games as well though? Aside from his debut against Swansea, the only game I can think of is the Bolton one where Mancini rested half the team.

      Aguero, Tevez, RVP, Cisse much better VFM

      Valencia is excellent cover in midfield too.

        Rooney is the best United cover even if RVP signs imo, RVP will be rested a lot more. Im also dreading Rooney screwing me over again after beginning of last season.

        While your there Im contemplating Hangeland > Hughes, worth the rotation risk? (I know your an advocate of this)

              I'd actually sacrifice someone like Siggy for Guthrie and perhaps plough that cash into defence.

      I also prefer McClean to Larsson but that is just personal preference. Not sure about Dembele though, definitely better players at that price.

          Nobody actually knows if he has penalties I believe. Hughes is looking like he is nailed on at the moment anyway so I don't consider him a risk but again that's up to you.

        Considering it was a preseason game, it was pretty good imo.
        Valencia played RB again because Rafael, Jones, Smalling were missing.
        Vidic/Rio looked ok, as did Evra.
        Anderson did a pretty good first half in the middle, Scholes was.. well, as usual..
        Nani, a few attempts, not bad.. not good.
        Young, looked bad.. average at best
        Rooney was unfit
        Kagawa was sub on in half time, played pretty well.. looks like he need a few more games to blend in tho imo

      No. It could work the other way. 2 decent games and should have a bit more confidence this season. Fa cup. Champs league. Euros. And golden boot in the locker should have helped get that monkey off his back. Confidence is a big motivator.
