We may have suffered inauspicious starts to the season but there’s no denying it, we just love Fantasy Football.

For all his grumpiness and bile, Granville’s enthusiasm spills over as we both dive into the hot topics of the week: Juan Mata’s decline, Eden Hazard’s rise, the Rooney vs Van Persie question, whether Granville is the dopey one.

All these issues and more are addressed in the next 38-minutes, along with the return of All Aboard, the weekend preview and the first decisions to be made with the ailing ScoutCast XI. It’s my turn to play Pat Rice to Granville’s Arsene Wenger this week and, to script, I prove to be more of a hindrance than a help.

          I won't go McLean as Sunderland don't look great.

          I also don't think Everton can go back-to-back wins

      Lennon looked good, definitely sensible to get rid of Ramires IMO.

      Pienaar, Fellaini, McClean, Michu etc are all options worth considering.

      I'm in the same boat and the answer isn't so straight forward, for me it's whether to do:

      A - Lampard > Kagawa
      B - Torres > Rooney/RVP

      I think I'm going to take a punt on RVP.

      Toyed with the idea of making no transfers and this week and then use both FTs next week when situation is a bit clearer, but can't bare having Torres any longer than absolutely necessary.

    Beat my rival by about 200 points last year after he made an exorbitant amount of transfers.

    Got 50 more points than him just this week. Now he's taking an 8 point hit.

        Where did I compare Hazard to Moses? Simply stating that there are now more players in the Chelsea midfield looking for a place which increases a rotation risk. Pretty obvious.

        Oh of course not, it just adds to the potential for rotation afterwards. Once they get going he could become very important for their big games and given some time off for the easier ones. That puts a dampner on things 😀

      I would think Hazard is safe enough at least until CL rotation.

      Moses imo will be instructed to stretch the play whenever he comes on, just like Marin. A square peg for the hole currently occupied by Ramires.

      Also allows Hazard to move centrally when Mata is resting.

      That's my tuppence.

        See, CL rotation becomes a big factor for a player of that calibre. With so much going on right now I'll have to reassess a few things with the Chelsea midfield. Will be sticking to Bale for the next 2 GWs anyways.

      The potential Big 3 has been compromised by the RVP switch and Kun injury.

      Lots of exciting new options though, it's nice when it's not too cut & dried.
