There’s two tasty fixtures on the bill today, as the Dugout Discussion opens for the second installment of Gameweek two. We start at the Britannia Stadium as Stoke City host Arsenal, and the team news is in…

Stoke XI: Begovic, Wilkinson, Huth, Shawcross, Wilson, Pennant, Cameron, Whelan, Kightly, Walters, Crouch.

Arsenal XI: Mannone, Jenkinson, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Diaby, Arteta, Podolski, Cazorla, Gervinho, Giroud.

Having been cleared to play, new signing Geoff Cameron makes his Potters debut in midfield. The visitors are without Wojciech Szczesnydue to a rib injury, so Vito Mannone is between the sticks. There’s a first league start for Olivier Giroud, with Theo Walcott the player making way.

Following that game we move to Anfield, where bottom of the league Liverpool welcome the visit of the Premier League champions Manchester City.

      Keeping this in mind we have a league format where everyone is playing for position. Highest wins the most and Lowest pays the most.

        that is also a good idea with a pay league, I got mine where we pay 0.10 euro cents for every point to the person ahead of you in the top 3 in addition to the main winnings.

      no, and wont happen. That is why I play H2H with a 4 player playoff system with my casual player friends. In that way almost everyone has a chance to win until the end, and people wont lose interest.

        Playoff systems annoy me personally. You can dominate all season and then lose it at the end of the year to someone who was 200-300+ points behind you.

        Maybe I'm just bitter because it's happened to me for the last 2 years.

    I watched only the United game was highly impressive with Kagawa. He gets in great position, not that afraid to shoot either, plays in the hole, and think he could do really well as an FPL option

    But I missed out on the last two Chelsea games. To those who saw both, how much better do you think Hazard really is? Is he looking like a must-have, cause I am finding it hard to squeeze both him and Kagawa in the same team. What would you guys advise?

      Hazard is the player you want.. You can cover United with RVP.. Kagawa plays second fiddle to Hazard as an FPL option IMO..Hazard is much more direct; runs at opponents and has the penalties when Frank is not on the pitch
