There’s two tasty fixtures on the bill today, as the Dugout Discussion opens for the second installment of Gameweek two. We start at the Britannia Stadium as Stoke City host Arsenal, and the team news is in…

Stoke XI: Begovic, Wilkinson, Huth, Shawcross, Wilson, Pennant, Cameron, Whelan, Kightly, Walters, Crouch.

Arsenal XI: Mannone, Jenkinson, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Diaby, Arteta, Podolski, Cazorla, Gervinho, Giroud.

Having been cleared to play, new signing Geoff Cameron makes his Potters debut in midfield. The visitors are without Wojciech Szczesnydue to a rib injury, so Vito Mannone is between the sticks. There’s a first league start for Olivier Giroud, with Theo Walcott the player making way.

Following that game we move to Anfield, where bottom of the league Liverpool welcome the visit of the Premier League champions Manchester City.

    Could do with some advice if you'd be so kind. Currently #1 in all of my Leagues but have an issue in GW3. Currently ALL of my bench are Reading/Chelsea thus without fixture and I've already used my FT. Have serious defence issues with a threat of a non-starter.

    Team is:
    DDG
    Fonte Cuellar Kaboul(RF) Lescott
    Kacaniklic Llanana Dyer Pienaar
    PCisse (C) RVP

    Bench: Federici, Cole, Pog, Hazard

    Do I: a) Take a 4 point hit to replace Kaboul with a like for like or b) Shunt it out with Fonte at the back and risk Kaboul until GW4 when Spurs and Chelsea have easier fixtures.

    Have about a 20 point advantage in my main league but only 3 points in the most competitive, and a 4 point hit could be suicide. What say you kind people? Thanks!

    PS: Why is everyone overlooking Cisse for (c) in GW3? Villa at home should equal goalfest for the Toon.

        Not a fan of having Bale anymore. He was so last season. AVB is a poor manager and I think Spurs will struggle. And more importantly Bale has stopped scoring goals.
