Despite the playful twitter tamperings of Gary Lineker, Robin Van Persie takes his place in an unchanged and attacking United lineup for today’s early kick-off against Arsenal. The Dutchman starts, then, and wears the Fantasy armband for many as he faces his former club for the first time.

Our Dugout Discussion Chatroom is now open and available to collect all the joy and agony of this match and the day’s other six encounters, concluding with City’s visit to West Ham this evening.

The lineups from Old Trafford are predictable. Both sides remain unchanged with Sir Alex Ferguson keeping faith with Ashley Young on the flank, opting to keep Javier Hernandez in reserve, with Danny Welbeck out of the squad. As for Arsenal, they keep Theo Walcott on the leash as they put out the starting XI that struggled to break down QPR last weekend.

      I think it was a penalty, but I don't think it would have been such an easy decision for the ref at other grounds.

    Could see that being missed. Had a feeling. Rooney took it as he is our penalty taker. As others have pointed out RVP may take the next one but I doubt on a permanent basis

    Need to shift Wilson tonight, to avoid possible price drop. Was going to get Cameron and double up, but been thinking maybe the best option is Nelson for 4.0m? This then leaves me 0.8m so I can do Cazorla>Bale in due course if I fancy it.

    Make sense? Other 4.0m is Clyne.
