Another unplayable performance from Marouane Fellaini, ably supported by a string of outstanding Everton displays, lights up this weekend’s Big Numbers analysis, while the likes of Pablo Hernandez, Christian Benteke, Nicky Shorey, Robin Van Persie and Luis Suarez crash the party. Here’s our choice of the key statistics on show in the Gameweek so far…

Due shipping out yea. One of my many dilemmas is who to keep out of Berba and Fletcher. One if not both, have to go, and their fixtures aren't much different IMO. Fletchers fixtures edge it for me, but, Berbs is Berbs and also Sunderlands awful form and lack of goals swing it to Berbs.
Lost.
Berbs has Arsenal away followed by guess who.....home to Fletch and Sunderland
Fletch has Everton away and then away at FUlham.Open Controls

Over time he's become completely assimilated into the Sunderland 'system.'

Was just about to pull the trigger on Demel -> Gorkss and Pienaar -> Fellaini, then decided it isn't worth it considering that anything could happen in the next six days. Bye for now then, Afro.

I'd do the Gorkss one...

The Europa League could be on this week, that may change things.

pretty sure epl is more important to pardew than europa. last europa match i think he played mostly subs/reserves/youngesters

Lost on last page and prices about to change. Bale or Mata to Fellaini? Leaning Mata because of the type of injury and cl matches in between. Thoughts??

need to get in rvp or roon. how should I go about it?
a) ba + kolorov > rooney + nelsen
b) ba + kolorov + hba > rvp + nelsen + ramirez
c) ba + bale > rvp + ramirez
d) lambert + hba + kolorov > rooney + sterling + nelsen
e) berb + hba + kolorov > rvp + sterling + nelsenOpen Controls-
e
Open Controls -
First really make up your mind on which player you want and why. I have rooney. I will probs sweat every game as most likely everyone will have rvp (c). If RVP scores 220pts then rooney will need to get 190pts for value. Can you get lambert out for rooney?
Open Controls -
I want to keep Ba, i prefer RVP to Rooney, so E, but Maloney instead of Sterling. Give Lambert last chance (SWANSEA) this week
Open Controls-
i'm afraid ba will be out or not playing his best is the only reason i'm considering dumping him...
why maloney instead of sterling?
and who should i get in for lambert then next week if i have 0 in the bank? or .2 in the bank if i get maloney i guessOpen Controls

I just don't get this. Newcastle have two GREAT home fixtures, plus a healthy run after that, and people like yourself are not only thinking of getting rid of one of their best attacking options in HBA (granted not smoking hot at the mo), but.....BA AS WELL???
Ba tweets he's fine, HBA you might as well keep for two weeks.
Rules out B
A I dont fancy Nelson lets face it he and Qpr are crap and cant do anything
C Looks like your best bet IMO
D bleh
E BlehOpen Controls-
only considering shipping ba because he might be out injured....
nelsen would be my 5th defender behind baines, rafa, sagna and saylor. surely its not a bad idea getting him at 4.0, or i could get gorkss or someone of similar price
so why you think its better to ship bale than lambert or berb? just curiousOpen Controls
-
-
Berba has tough fixtes.
Kolarov rotation risk with mancidiot.
If you have Ba you dont need harfa.
E?Open Controls-
that's what i'm leaning towards. but it'd mean keeping lambert...
btw if i dont ship kolorov this week i'd downgrade him next week with my ft.Open Controls-
Lambert has nice fixtures until gw 15 or so.
I even may get him back for Crouch after next gw.
Kolarov didn't even play this gw and last one he only played 45 minsOpen Controls

Has Mark Hughes been sacked yet? Wishful thinking 🙁
Open Controls-
They should get Arry in
Open Controls-
100% agree, Harry won't be out of a job forever. 4 points with over a quarter of the season gone is a disgrace from the managerial legend in his own lunchtime Hughes thinks he is especially after the arm and leg he spent in January and summer
Open Controls

I think QPR should stick and see how he goes... it will take a half season to get the new line-up playing well together. Personally I think they'll come good eventually, maybe even survive another season in the top flight.

Just throwing things around at the mo........
Would having Rafael, Valencia AND RVP be too much United? I'd rather have none of the Rag bar-stewards but I dont play this game with heart.
Anytime the ball goes to the right side of the pitch I would be completely covered.
If 2 fail, RVP wont. If RVP fails, Rafa or Valencia will be assisting Shrek or Chich
Cant see all three of them drawing blanks besides maybe against City, and this season so far, hardly see that either.
So I say again..........Rafael, Valencia and RVP? Too much?Open Controls-
nope, dont think so. they're the form team and have really good fixtures. makes sense
Open Controls -
No, I am actually contemplating bringing Valencia in myself. But atm, I don't know whether Bale or Cazorla should go?
Open Controls-
I have Bale and Cazorla and its looking like Bale is going. Not as many people in front of me havre Bale as Cazorla, and im sick and tired of Bale. Trying to find a way to get Valencia in as well as RVP, who is obviously my first priority.
Open Controls
-
-
-
Uh hardly. Hes coming into form, coming into dream fixtures, they are top of the league, he has the most lethal striker in the league to cross to, he could run the length of the pitch and back before Peanut could run the centre circle, and he has Rafael who is the leagues form fullback bombing outside him.
Pienaar doesn't hold a candle to Valencia, on any day of the week.Open Controls
-
-
Have the prices changed already, I take it they happen around two now since the clocks went back?
Open Controls -
-
so is RVP going to take Pens now? Because rooney seriously sucks.
Open Controls-
-
Open Controls
-
He should be, RVP is the most clinical penalty taker in the league by far and yet Rooney who has missed 1 in 3 in his PL career takes it before him, bizarre. I couldn't believe it when he took it before Van Persie
Open Controls-
How? can you not believe. Rooney has been the pen taker ever since ronaldo left.
Open Controls-
Rooney has missed 7 of his 20 penalties in PL, he is not a reliable penalty taker
Open Controls
-
-
By far?? Balotelli?
Open Controls-
Ah yes forgot about him, class act from the spot in fairness to him.
Open Controls
-
-
-
I think Rooney will take most of it, but RVP will take some.
Open Controls

10 gameweeks down, essentially 1/4 through the season so lets get somewhat reflective of how we have gone so far in terms of transfers made.
So far I have only taken 1 hit (as a result of Chelsea's DGW) and have tried my best to make careful and measured transfer decisions. What does FFS consider to be a maximum reasonable amount of hits so far after 10 GW's? (assume WC is already taken)Open Controls -
Which one of these for about the next 10 weeks?
A) Tevez
B) BaOpen Controls -
i need a good 5.5 midfielder. i currently have kightly and i'll hold for now, but am thinking of either maloney or taarabt. what do you think?
Open Controls -
Just realised if I get Maloney in to rotate with Sterling I can have Roon and RVP partnering Berb.
Is Rafal, RVP, Rooney a little excessive?Open Controls-
ummm what does the rest of the team look like?
and i've got rafa + valencia and will be getting either rvp or roonOpen Controls-
Team's linked but
Beg, Jask
Baines, Rafael, Cameron, Hughes, Nelson
Mata, Bale, Pienaar, Nolan, Sterling.
RVP, Berb, Giroud.
Was going to take Nolan out for HBA and Giroud for Ba, but considering alternatives in case Ba's injury continues.
What would be perfect would be Ramirez in for Nolan, Ba in for Giroud, then Silva in for Pie.Open Controls
-
-
-
I admit, it's a lot of eggs in one basket. But it's a pretty big, cushioned basket.
Rooney and RVP are bound to be Utd's top scorers, why not get them both for a fantastic run of easy opponents?
I'll be getting Ba... but just think it.Open Controls-
Yeah, you could get some great returns but what if they share the pie and United haven't been playing that well and Kagawa is still technically out.
Open Controls-
I have to disagree that Utd haven't been playing well. I think attacking-wise they have been brilliant. It's only defensively where they've been lacking.
Everyone gets to share said Pie. RVP get's most but Rooney will get his greedy little share too.Open Controls
-
-
-
-
I'd rather have Aguero, Tevez, Suarez or Ba, to spread the risk. If United have a low scoring game that's over 25 million in your lineup.
Open Controls
-
-
surprised there's not more interest/talk about suarez around here
Open Controls-
not at this time
Chelsea this week + 4 YC around himOpen Controls -
Too expensive really. If you had Tevez you could probably swap to Suarez fairly easy...but that suspension and the fact that he's a bit hot and cold make it unappealing right now.
Add to that no-one particularly likes him unless you're a Pool fan.Open Controls-
-
I think he's helped by the fact Pool have no other options...he has a monopoly of the chances...it's inevitable he will do well. Personally I just can't see a way of fitting him into my team any time soon.
Open Controls
-
-
-
He is a seriously hated individual! I, like most people, are always looking for an excuse not to get him and with some other good strikers round the same price at the moment one can have a good balanced team and feel warm and fuzzy about it
Open Controls-
At 9.7 he just doesn't look attractive regardless of his form. And he always bloody misses the target anyway...there would be advantages to owning him but as you said...most people don't really want to own him either way.
I think if he was 8.5...I might have considered it. 9.5 no way...Open Controls-
7 goals 3 assist in 10 games, only some points behind RVP and 4M cheaper
Open Controls-
He's totally worth it...I'm not going to argue he isn't. It's just he's inconsistent sometimes...it's all about strategy really. Owning Suarez is a great idea in FPL this year if you can fit him in...I just don't see me getting him anytime soon as I've chosen a different strategy.

Interesting watching this...RVP standing behind Rooney as he misses a penalty...maybe RVP is bad luck for Rooney 😀Open Controls-
I like to think it was me, quietly praying he didn't score, so to continue justifying the money I spent on RVP.
Open Controls-
I was delighted to see him miss...for the reason you've stated...and that RVP might now be on pens permanently! I think he didn't take it against Arsenal because of personal reasons.

I FT and so many options. 2.1 in bank
saylor baines kompany gorks nelsen
mata maloney taarabt santi bale
rooney crouch berbs
Was thinking komp > rafael.. although would like suarez/baOpen Controls-
kompany > rafa/sagna and crouch to suarez/ba for a hit, simples
next week ship one of your mids for valenciaOpen Controls-
haha you and your raf + val + roon/rvp combo...
Was thinking exactly that move (raf + suarez/ba for -4) but all this suarez talk if getting me nervous. would be awesome is aguero was 10.1 instead of 11.1Open Controls-
what about it? i think it will be very profitable! much like the roon + valencia + evans combo of last season
honestly i'd go for it. look at the fixtures suarez has after next week. and honestly i wouldn't worry about aguero. continually rested for their difficult CL group so hasn't been playing much. if you really want a man city attacker, get tevez. but atm i don't think they're worth it as they haven't been playing too wellOpen Controls
-
-

You could do komp to raf now before price changes and end up with roughly 3.5m in the bank. Keep crouch and berbs. I think you could upgrade Taarabt to Valencia and be laughing all the way to the bank mate.

Morning/evening/afternoon all,
Eating crow this week and moving to bring in RVP.
Need to ship either Jelavic or Giroud in process.
Jelavic more productive and Everton has been playing great, but he hasn't been in on the goods lately and Everton's schedule is nearing the end of the great start.
Giroud hasn't done feck all of late but Arsenal schedule looking quite nice over the coming weeks.
Thoughts?Open Controls-
Giroud has walcott threat. both he and wenger have stated walcott down the middle would be nice.
Open Controls-
Do we think Walcott can play in the middle yet? Honest question, not trying to jerk anybody's chain...
Open Controls-
Played very well down middle against Reading, but was all over the place against Utd. We'll have to wait and see how much faith Wenger has in him. Don't think he's given up on Giroud yet.
Open Controls
-
-
Jelavic and Giroud are decent differentials and if they were to come good over their fixtures they'd be pretty awesome differentials. Unfortunately neither has form at the minute. I'd say owning one is enough of a punt at the minute considering they're both a little over mid-range price.
Open Controls-
Thanks, I was leaning towards dropping Giroud and relying on Santi for my Arsenal returns, but by same token, I've got Pienaar and Baines and trying not to feel too much like an Everton fanboy. Was feeling so clever for bringing in Giroud in first place, but now, not so much.
Have the second season blues here, after great first year in game, I feel kind of adrift at the moment.Open Controls-
Its time Chamach was given another chance , Arsene needs to shake it up a bit
Open Controls

But would you rather have a donkey or a jellyfish?
Open Controls-
I love Jelly. Donkey and ice-cream, not good. Seriously, I don't rate Giroud at all. 10 games in, either it's Giroud's lack of ability or Wenger's lack of faith in him due to his lack of PL ability. An in-form Bentdner, as far as that was, was much better than Giroud. Jelavic is quality and PL proven.

Anyone else in the rather bizarre situation, whereby after a truly awful GW, they've still managed to climb the overall table. Somehow gone up 3K...........there must have been some woeful scores this week.
Need Foster to save a penalty, keep a CS and pick up 3bps to win my H2H..........too much to ask?Open Controls-
lets face it youve lost. Im on 35 with saylor(2) to replace mata and no more players left. Ive got green arrows everywhere too.
Open Controls -
Yeah...it's been a low-scoring week for everybody...huge differentials in owning Fellaini...I had my differential of 11 points in Gorkss but he's stuck on the bench because Ba played for a 1 pointer...

Bale, Pienaar, Fletcher ---> Valencia, Taarabt, Suarez.
8 point hit leaving me with 0.3 in the bank. Any thoughts. I probably wont have the guts to do it though :/Open Controls -
Liverpool fans must be delighted. Draw at home to a ten man Newcastle, moved up to 12th in the league & looking like the real deal?

I think the progress there making is steady_and promising. They look like there improving game by game and It's enthralling. I'm never bored watching Liverpool. Gl to them.

looks like i've won this week in la liga despite only getting 33 points 😀
Open Controls-

which would move me up to 6-4 i believe. not bad!
how'd you fare in ligue 1 this week?Open Controls-
i'm winning by 13 at the moment with Clyne and Lambert to play, he has Foster and McAuley. I actually fancy Southamptons chances tomorrow but we'll see.
Open Controls-
pretty sure you've got that in the bag. wba cs would give him 12 so would still be 1 behind and then you'd get playing points for clyne and lambert. now if lambert scores then you're miles ahead! and wba concede in general you're still pretty far ahead

Ok, looks like I'm set on Bale > Valencia but don't have to do it for now since none of them are price changing any time soon and just incase something happens in the CL. Seems fine?
