Theo Walcott is back for Arsenal after missing out at the weekend with a shoulder problem. Andre Wisdom has recovered from a knee knock and is available for Liverpool’s trip to Tottenham.

Gael Clichy stays on the sidelines for City with a foot problem and is likely to miss out this weekend, too, according to David Platt.

Ben Foster has been ruled out of West Brom’s next two games with Swansea and Stoke by Steve Clarke and may require further surgery. Jonas Olsson and Youssouf Mulumbu are both doubts for the Baggies tomorrow night.

Stoke are hopeful that Andy Wilkinson will be back for the weekend, though tomorrow’s clash with Newcastle comes too soon for the full-back, while George McCartney faces a late fitness test ahead of West Ham’s trip to United.

We’ve collected all this in our team news section and added our current predicted lineups for the weekend ahead. You can keep in touch with the very latest via our twitter feed as always.

    Any lawyers/lawmakers out there?

For bizarre reasons only gambling on certain types of motorcycle, motorboat, bicycle and horse races are allowed in Japan.

Am I in the wrong using the my Paddy Power account money lawfully accrued through the Paddy Power Cup? If not, what would the repercussions so be?

You have not broken any rule as at no point did you stake any of your money upon a random outcome, so hence did not gamble. Although, if someone notices a PP deposit you have some tricky explaining to do.

*If you are referring to using PP money to then gamble you would be in the wrong.

So, simply theoretically, using €2 on a Ramirez/Soton cleanie double, would criminalize me per say?

Yes, cause at that point you would be gambling.

PP Cup is a competition. A participant in a lawful competition who receive his prize for winning cannot be criminalized for gambling. This condition of course depend on the lawfulness of PP Cup. Moreover, any bet you made with that account on any football match will likely be considered gambling, regardless of the result of your bet.

Hope it help, I didn't know the law in Japan but basically the concept of gamble in every country is just about the same. Which gambles are criminalized that made it different.

It's all down to your preferred strategy. I'm not really fussed about Enrique yet. If he does look the real deal then a simple Rafael > Enrique transfer can be done. I just want to have WBA cover for their next 3 home games and Billy Jones looks an option.

Not enough danger, after the pasting they got for being too safe last week I can see:

      Al Habsi
      Enrique - Clyne - Fabio
      Dempsey - Ireland - Hernandez - Oscar
      Balotelli - Carroll - Benteke

By my eyes Verm hasn't been getting forward nearly as much as last year. Partly due to Song not being there to cover at CB for him when he lurches forward. Stats say otherwise?

Wouldnt get Verm at this point. Playing bad, geting rotated. Mertesacker and Koscielny playing better, not even sure hes nailed on atm.

Walcott or Cazorla in after this GW?

I think Walcott playing slightly lessens Cazorla's potential and he'd save me a very valuable 0.8 but he's clearly a lot less nailed on..
