David Moyes will give Leighton Baines “every chance” of making the trip to City after suffering a hamstring twinge in the 1-1 with Arsenal in midweek. Antonio Valencia remains sidelined for United ahead of their trip to Reading, Nani is ruled out for another month, though Nemanja Vidic could return for the midweek Champions League clash with Cluj.

Arsene Wenger will be without Laurent Koscielny, while Bacary Sagna is a major doubt head of the Swans’ visit. Theo Walcott’s ankle knock will be assessed although we expect him to figure – the winger was pictured training earlier today. Michael Laudrup’s side have been dealt a blow of their own, with the in-form Pablo Hernandez set to miss out with a muscle injury which could keep him sidelined for a number of weeks.

Andy Carroll is nursing a knee knock ahead of the early kick-off with Chelsea, who will turn up at Upton Park without John Terry, Frank Lampard and Daniel Sturridge.

Kieran Richardson will return for Fulham – Bryan Ruiz and Alex Kacaniklic remain on the sidelines but are expected to return to training next week. Tony Pulis remains hopeful that Peter Crouch will be able to play in the midlands derby with West Brom – the forward is seeing a specialist after losing a few of his teeth in the midweek win over Newcastle.

We’ve collected all this in our team news section and added our current predicted lineups for the weekend ahead. You can keep in touch with the very latest via our twitter feed as always.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

This is propaganda at it's worst. Not only is the photo made to flatter his talents but it reminds me of Putin and those photos they take of him wrestling bears and swimming in Siberia. Exaggerating the strengths of a dictator. In this case, it's Abramovich and his prized plaything Torres AKA worker of the month, a bit like Alexey Stakhanov

    Million dollar question:

    Do I need Suarez?

Captaincy perhaps makes him too risky to go without.

Hes expensive in comparison to what he was but hes on 10 goals, 3 assists already. Thats 12M-esque returns. If it had been RVP or Aguero doing that for 10.5 everyone would say he is a must have.

Considering Mertsacker for Baines this week, then if all goes to plan Malony to Fellaini.
Only problem is I have the exact amount of money to make this move.

Anyone think Fellaini’s price will go up & Malony’s price drop even more after this game week?

or Should I go for a cheaper defender just to ensure I can afford Fellaini?

      Not as nervous as me:

      Begovic
      Johnson - Rafael - Nelsen
      Walcott (c) - Bale - Sterling - Fellaini
Van Persie (vc) - Aguero - Fletcher

      Foster - Puncheon - Boyce - Davies - 1.7m

      (scoutify)

Only have 1 defender playing at home this weekend so got a tough call to make.

Currently have Caulker - Clark - Enrique
    (ful) (qpr)

Leaving me with Cuellar (nor) and Gorkss (MUN) on the bench.

Anyone got any advice on whether this is the best way to go?

    Evening all.
How does this team look for this weekend.

    Guzan
    Mertesacker,Ivanovic, Enrique (Clark, Demel)
    Walcott,Mata, Michu, Fellaini , (Sterling)
    Suarez, RVP, Berbatov.

Should I start Sterling and bench Fellaini or Michu possibly?

rumours being spread by non-enrique owners. Similar to rvp rumuours before west ham game where he would "definately be rested"

I see you're benching Morrison and playing Suarez.
I'm in a dilemma between the two 🙁

I'm playing Jussi for save points, and the chance of a CS now Benitez has worked his magic.
