I just did Gorkss to Shorey. What a boring, lateral transfer. I hope he gets something!

Have Gorkss also and hate using the xfer to bring in another Reading defender but may end up doing the same thing. May just hold on to him and have 2 next week

    Federici (Jaask)
Enrique - Cameron - Demel (Clyne Ridgewell)
    Mata - Fellaini - Sess (c) - Michu - Sterling
    RvP - Berba (Suarez)
1 FT and 0.9 in the bank

Any comment for my team for next GW???

apart from the fact that he's a selfish brazilian whose assists come from miscued shots on goal, he is a shocking defender and maybe fergie knows it
not sure if he is dropping in value but maybe just ship him out for shorey who IS actually a defender and ACTUALLY crosses the ball with a regularity that you can never rely on with a hit and miss rafael

This been worst week of my season , not points wise but in terms of having my future plans decimated.
Will now be forced to sit and watch quite a few of my players fall in value , while two of the best languish on the bench

    Begovich
    Demel Hughes McCauley Enrique........Gorkss
Michu Sterling Cazola Sessegron (c) ....bale
    Van Persie Fketcher .......Suarez

Thinking use transfer on Gorkss to Cuelllar , then can put Mccauley on bench
Its not ideal but dont really want to spend points., and will want bale soon anyway

Bored, waiting for my tea to brew.

    Some observations:

Template team on here for any given GW will equate to such a small percentage of the overall player base. So template team however 'boring' it may seem to some on here, will in the context of the complete player base have so many differentials within it.

Transfer out high ownership players (despite the overwhelming logic behind it) at your peril. For example, Tevez is a rotation-risk, albeit most 'ghost' teams/inactive casual teams/dead after GW2 teams will have him (notice he is often most VC each week in the statistics tab).

Sometimes do not be afraid not only to take a punt and transfer a player in, but to take a punt and leave your team alone. Take your hands off the steering wheel. Let a player score 3-4 blanks but keep the faith. 2 of my highest ranking game weeks came after no transfers I recall.

A knee-jerk is not limited to being within the constraint of one gameweek. It is within more. Shipping a proven player after 2 or 3 blanks can and often will come back to bite you. Try to watch highlights or read match reports to see if at least they played well: case in point - Leighton Baines, Michu - both playing well despite blanks. Also, just because a player scores big one week, does not mean he will the next,

Do not be afraid to let the price market dictate the players you bring in. Many will jump on a bandwagon and use a free transfer almost a week before the next week starts. It is often better to wait and see what injuries occur, or for team sheet news to unravel first, and then regardless of a loss on the market, make a transfer. Higher price does not equal higher points. In my opinion it can create some interesting 'differentials', for example I missed out on Mata a few weeks back by 0.1m, and instead opted for Walcott - the lack of funds I had dictated this to a high degree. Plus, you are much less likely to take hits.

i brought in walcott for kaca last week, so i ended up with mata, bale, fellaini, sterling and the arsenal man in midfield. i WRONGfully benched fellaini for sterling (a bad mistake that i didn't regret much now because i think it's worth the gamble anyway). but come to think abour it, i would surely play fellaini last time if i didn't bought walcott earlier. sometimes punt doesnt take you far, i suppose.

        Totally agree.

Dont get carried away by the double. Think. Reading are a shit team who will get relegated. Dont get double game fever. You have West ham defender who you could hold til back or move to a Sunderland team who at least have 2 home games. Reading also have Arsenal and man city next. Using a free transfer to get in a reading defender is a waste imo

It will be interesting to see what happens when Parker comes back.

Sandro is playing very well at the moment.

Spurs are not about keeping clean sheets. Neither is AVB. So don't expect too much on that side.

Keep a lookout for Dawson though (hoping we will see Gallas go to QPR in January).

Was kicking myself for leaving Michu on the bench (after swapping players around all week) - Then I see Morrison got rested and I get an auto-sub. It doesn't happen very often, but every now and then, this game throws you a bone. πŸ™‚

Agree. Sitting on Bale and playing Sterling is ok. Done too many short term transfers, basically swapping Bale, Mata, Santi, Haz etc round and round.

Fellani, Bale, and Michu can pretty much stay

      Mata may become Silva

      Sterling is a keeper.

Got to keep thinking this though all the way to deadline!

    Bego (gazza)
    Enrique, Rafael, jones (gorkks, nelsen)
    Mata, bale, santi, sessegnon (punch)
    Berbs, ba, rvp

Michu and Fellaini are probably the best value players in the game. Both playing striker, both relatively cheap, both class. The sooner you get them in, the sooner you'll make money too. Fixtures relatively kind for them also.

Bad week is over i guess and GW 16 Team looks like

    Ming
    Shorey, Enque, Cameron
    Bale, Walcott, Sess, Mcanuff, Mata
    Rooney, Fletcher

    Subs: Jask, Ridg, Demel, Suarez

    A) How bad is Bales injury any chance of him playing this GW. Should i take him out for Michu.
    B) Will fletcher play both the games. Fletcher to Defoe if he is out for DGW seems a safe bet.
    C) Should i do Mata to Fellani this GW.
    D) Save the transfer

E ) Next week : Fletcher to Defoe, expecting Bale fit too, Mcanuff to Pilkington and Sess to Michu/ Fellani.

    Any comments on the same

And to make it worse, the creature produced a nil return and is now suspended.

Now I don't know what to do with him.
