We’re now down to the final 32 as we roll out the sixth round draw of the Fantasy Football Scout Paddy Power Cup VII. The fixtures take place over the upcoming Gameweek 17 and we have four of the top 1,000 Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers still in with a shout of the silverware.

World number three Iyad Zahlan remains our leading contender – he’s up against El Pieman, who sits in 1,178th position. Elsewhere, JMS, who is currently 203rd overall, MileHigh – in 437th position – and HongKong TractorBoys, who has moved up to 567th spot, are the three other big scalps on the line this weekend.

  Team isnt actually bad but yeah I think you need Rooney or RVP. I dont like City attackers due to rotation and Suarez/Berbatov are fine so I'd say Tevez to Rooney/RVP and downgrade Silva to Sterling perhaps.

Which option is better?

A) Suarez + Rooney + Snodgrass

B) Suarez + Ba + Bale

***Third forward is RVP

C) No RVP- Suarez + Rooney + Torres + Bale

D) No RVP- Suarez + Rooney + Defoe + Mata

I think might do A for this week and next week i will do RVP > Torres/Defoe and Snod > Mata/Bale depends on how bale and defoe perform this week. What do you think?

Transfer help guys? Got 2 free transfers, 0.1 million banked, my team is linked

I want rid of Sess and Fletcher, but there’s injury concerns with Enrique, Walcott and Bale.

Was thinking Fletcher –> Defoe and Sessegnon –> Taarabt/Snodgrass/Pilkington , how does this sound? I dont have Fellaini though and it worries me, I’m not convinced he will score big over the next few GWs (Stoke and West Ham away) but he’s proven himself kind of fixture proof this season.

What do you reckon? Thank you

Going to see if the evening crowd give better advice, usually full of clever chaps.

Faced with one guy away, 4 flagged, 1 useless, 1 maybe rested (and maybe even RVP)
So my thoughts are ridge and Enrique are best of flagged to replace.
A they 2 > Johnson and Cameron
B they 2 > skrtel and Sagna
C they 2 plus sterling > Johnson, skrtel and McCarthy

Chances are I might only have 7 players so the hits may be needed anyway so please offer advice

      I don;t think you do, Stoke's fixtures will turn in a few weeks. I agree with AJ. Johnson is someone I'm bringing in next week. I;m gonna swap Huth for Clark around GW20/21, Villa are looking far more solid (but have a nasty next 3) Clark is a goal threat and a BP magnet

  Personally, I would just go with Ridgewell to the defender you like best in your price range. Enrique will be back soon, maybe even this weekend. This week you have 3 good defenders and 7 good attackers. I get that sterling may be rested but Bib aside I don't think it's certain and worse case scenario you get a half hour against Villa. Look at what United did to Villa in the last half hour.

Which option is better?

A) Suarez + Rooney + Snodgrass

B) Suarez + Ba + Bale

***Third forward is RVP

C) No RVP- Suarez + Rooney + Torres + Bale

D) No RVP- Suarez + Rooney + Defoe + Mata

I think might do A for this week and next week i will do RVP > Torres/Defoe and Snod > Mata/Bale depends on how bale and defoe perform this week. What do you think?

  If I had to bet my life on one player scoring this weekend, it would be RVP. I would just take the bullet in the head if I had to bet on Suarez. Not that I don't think he'll score, I wouldn't be shocked if he got a hattrick, but I also wouldn't be surprised to see him get red carded.

  Snodgrass comes over very well (but then you already knew that) though most of the Norwich mids look good
  
  Beausejour looks interesting, though he’s not much of a goal threat, same goes for Bannan.
  
  Both Pablo and De Guzman come across well.
  
  Villa have nice fixtures but their mid is a rotation minefield
  
  Doos does have a point on Sidwell, though Kaca also looks good
  
  If you want to go at the upper end of the budget I suggest you take a look at the fixtures of one Kevin Nolan

      Snodgrass has a good fixture this week (though he tends to perform better away) but the after that they are awful.
      
      If nothing massive appeals you could always just get Bradley Johnson. Very cheap, won't get more than 2 or 3 very often, but he can be cheap bench fodder allowing you cash to work areas of the team.
      
      I'm looking at this within the next 3 weeks ideally

        Personally I'd just keep Bale, and try and get funds to get Mata in for Theo, I think Mata and Bale are the 2 big hitters to have.
