Can you get both?

So has Suarez's appeal lessened now? Was planning to WC him in but starting to look at other options
Open Controls-
He can be deployed as RW
Open Controls-
So a 10.5 striker who plays at right wing. Sounds less appealing to me
Open Controls

-
I'll wait and watch.
Sturridge seemed to be getting all the chances once he came on yesterday.Open Controls -
Basically comes down to...
Is Sturridge starting down the middle? Yes
Is he going to rival Suarez for goals? Possibly
Is he worth saving 3/4 million on and avoiding Suarez? Maybe but remains to be seen
In my opinion, I think he will...as he has scored consistently any time he's been given runs in sides (e.g Bolton)Open Controls-

Suarez will still be the better option without a doubt but the amount of money to save by getting Sturridge instead makes him a better option imo.
Open Controls-
Sorry to clarify. Suarez will get more points but Sturridge will be the better option due to money saved imo.

I WCed him out and am nervous not having him this week but would so the same again.

Seems to be a lot of interest in Podolski here. Just had a check and he actually has better pts/min ratio than Cazorla.
But then he's played 90 mins once(!) all season which is worrying.
So the question is:
Bale-> Santi or Ba-> Pod?
And how many minutes will each play?Open Controls-
Santi will play more minutes but I would rather lose ba than bale. Pod will play 160+ I would say.
Open Controls -
I wouldn't suggest either of those. Bale likes to play vs Man Utd and Rafael is not a match for him. Ba -> Poldi is tempting for this GW but you will want Ba back, and he will be more expensive.

Was planning on WCing in GW 23 but now thinking it may be worth it to wait until GW 24 to see who ends up where in the window. Thoughts?
Open Controls-
Your team doesn't look too set up for DGW so wait till last minute to get all transfer news IMO
Open Controls -
All you need is Hughes and Cuellar out. I have similar problem. I need to get 3 players out (Nelsen, O'Brien and Tremmel) and they are not worth much. I don't really want to take hits to get defenders in their price range and also I don't want to WC for 3 or 4 transfers.
Open Controls -
Definitely wait. Last week would have been the time to set up for dgws.
As you can see, a lot changes in a week. Apparently Sturridge is now the shizz and Arsenal are just shizz, for not being able to beat City with 10 men . Next week it'll all have changed again.Open Controls-
Oops. FFS server nightly blinkout caused me to double post 😳

berba, dzeko, or lukaku??? berb=unpredictable dzeko=when will Aguero be back??? lukaku=bad fixtures
Open Controls-
Aguero due back next week. Could be one of those rolling next weeks though...
Dzeko if you want to risk it, Lukaku on form (could trump fixtures and Clarke's rotation policy), Berba if you are a blind-faith cultist.Open Controls

Dzeko. Is playing much better than Tevez so should get a run even when kun is back
Open Controls-
Reply fail to 2244
Open Controls -
He's scoring more goals but tevez is playing better imo. Remember mancini is playing real football not fpl.
Saying that, I think Dzeko+tevez or Dzeko+Aguero are better partnerships. Dzeko is great to finish of chances, the others are good at creating and the team stuffOpen Controls

which club has the best run of fixtures? and, is it worth it getting poldoski for double gameweek? replacing berba
Open Controls -
Which one should I bench: Baines(sot), Ivanovic(ARS), Ridgewell(AVL).
Obvious is Ridgewell, but what if he finally gets some return. After all it's Villa.Open Controls -

it is dead even by deadzone standards. Anyway gotta go for a bit!

How do I look for the upcoming GW? Really appreciate any feedback!
Team (-4):
Begovic
Gibbs, Reid, O' Brien, Demel
Cazorla, Walcott, Bale, Mata
Ba, RVP
Bench: Bunn, Benteke, Puncheon, DaviesOpen Controls -
How much, do you recon, will Remi cost? If it's confirmed.
Open Controls-
Remy*

With this front 8 as it stands I wonder who you would bench?
Walcott (c) Bale Michu J.Cole Fellaini
RVP Lambert Ba
I have an idea but just want to see if you all agree.
ThxOpen Controls-
-
Lambert. I think
Open Controls -
Leaning towards Lambert, Ba, Michu, then Fellaini.
Open Controls -
Cole for me, but I'm sure you got him in for the DGW. Fellaini then.
Open Controls-
Ahh... A different POV! No faith for Felon playing Sot huh?
Open Controls

Who's Lambart playing? Probably him ILB........but also see who plays up front in Chelsea's cup game mid-week.....maybe Ba to bench if he starts, but who knows now with FSW....
Open Controls-
Lambert is home to Everton. They do like to score a few at home.
Will monitor Ba but he may well make way for Podolski. I've no interest in Bale > Cazorla.
Thanks 🙂Open Controls-
Say Santi increasingly looking like a busted flush for the DGW, but that's when he's at his most dangerous.....gonna be another tricky week.....
Open Controls-
Haha.. please don't confuse me. I was hoping you'd just say "yeah, he ain't worth it" and I could breathe a sigh of relief. I'll see what happens after mid week game. 🙂

A. Ba > Podolski (just like everyone else here so it seems)
B. A.Cole > Zabaleta
C. Puncheon > Fellaini
Team linked if you wanted a bigger picture.
Anyway, here's the pro and cons list:
A. DGW, ended up piling on gunners (Gibbs, Santi, Poldi)
B. MCI CS cover, losing CHE cs cover
C. Imma do this anyway for GW24 (at least that's the plan), leaving out DGW and might get stuck with the BIG 5Open Controls -
For one week only before I WC, should I get Joe Cole or Nolan in for Pienaar?
Open Controls -
Right now I only have 3 DGW players...
Gibbs, Demel, Walcott.
I have the main 5 in midfield, so would lose too much value selling any of them. Was considering:
Ba >> Podolski but I have my doubts now as he always gets subbed off early.Open Controls -
will wait til thursday but should i do ba to pod for the dgw? or giroud? or neither? other ars players are walcott and sagna
Open Controls-
-
Same case with me.
Will probably do Bale->Caz just for security of starts.Open Controls -
Have not seen enough of either Pod or Giroud to make a good judgement. Ask an Arsenal devotee perhaps?
I'm leaning towards Pod, though his game time is always reduced he at least plays most of the time. Giroud is just a leap to far with a dbl GW.Open Controls
-
-
I'm slowly warming to a RVP Aguero Sturridge front line. Same balance as RVP Suarez Berba, but with crucial City cover. When Berbatov plays up front, his PPG even keeps up with Van Persie, but he's not worth having if Jol keeps experimenting.
Open Controls-
Tevez is back. Big time.
Open Controls -
Why the shakehead gif above then?
Open Controls-
You peppered me with them back along, just wanted revenge 😉
Open Controls

What's the word on Giroud? Reckon he will get the start for the coming DGW? Thinking of Ba to either a Podolski or Giroud.
Open Controls-
I hope he starts both games just to give us a different look up front. Shakeup is needed; Theo up front isn't working atm.
Open Controls-
Theo has attacking returns in every match for the last 5 games that Arsenal had 11 men. I think they did well against City any way under the circumstances.

Cup opponent was 310 overall rank at the start of the week.
Him: Luiz
Me: Mata (c) + Ba + Clyne + 31pts
I should win that correct? 😀Open Controls -

Looking forward to the end of these DGW's just to stop having benching nightmares each weekend.....

WC Team
GK: Szczesny Bunn
DEF: Naughton Davies Rafael Clyne Azpilicueta/Luiz
MID: Fellaini Michu Walcott Mata Puncheon
FWD: RVP Suarez Ruiz
What is the better option luiz or Azpilicueta in DEF? and overall opinion would be appreciated, Thank you!Open Controls -
Anyone getting Ox for DGW? In some calculations I have exactly 7.2 for midfielder and already have Lennon.
Open Controls -
so hello there, good morning fellas,
was busy this week and
forgot to change the captain armband to lampard.
anyway, Bale has returned with an unexpected ASSIST neverthless 😉Open Controls -
Okay top three Arsenal & WH for each for the DGW? Not easy this one......
Open Controls-
Walcott, Cazorla, Gibbs
Demel, Cole, ColeOpen Controls-
Its complicated by who you have to take out to achieve it
For example to get caz means not having bale or mata
while getting the (weaker) podolski means only losing Ba
Although Ba could be a monster , all very tricky
As for west ham , all a bit of a minefield outside a defender and jussiOpen Controls
-
-
Wally, Gibbs, ??? Poldi/Caz
Nolan, Ried, JussiOpen Controls
-
I dont like any chelsea def for wildcard now , man c your best bet in that price range
Open Controls-

I'm pretty happy sticking with Azpi. Benitez clearly likes him, he's cheap and I think he'll be able to hold down RB with Ivan and Cahill/Terry battling it out for the other CB spot. I think he'll be rested at some point, but for the most part seems good.
Open Controls

The big achievement of this gw is benching michu 😀
