Welbeck has all the attributes needed to be a top class striker. Except that he can't shoot
Open Controls-
i liked that moment he and sturridge had when he tripped over the ball 😀 as for motm i was surprised
Open Controls -
I think the lad is quality but you are right his finishing does let him down. If only he had Hernandez's finishing ability... and if only chicharito had all of Welbeck's other attributes!

With Young maybe out injured, is Kagawa worth a look? I know some moaned he was poor today but he had a good effort on goal and gets in box a lot and was almost on end of cross for a tap in if Reina didn't come out quickly enough. Think he'll get better as his fitness improves with more games.
Open Controls-
Idk if he fpl quality
Open Controls-
I agree he's not greedy enough but still think he's a class player. The long injury means we haven't got to see him at his best when settled in yet.

Kagawa is next season fpl gold! Like Mata this season and Silva last
Open Controls-
i agree. Looks like he' adjusting to the physicalness of EPL. He's starting to get stuck into more challenges so hopefully he'll get hang of the pace. Agree it might be next until we see his full potential.

evening lads, what the skinny tonight? Any thoughts on Remy, thinking about him as my 2nd striker.
On another note, lost my ML leadership by 6 points due to not putting the (c) on Mata. If this was your rival’s team, would you be worried
DDG
Baines, Walker, Clyne, Williams, Jenko
Gerrard, Michu, Mata, Nolan, Sterling
RvP, Lambert, Weimann
His tv is 103 dead on ( a full 2.5 less than mine) He’s also transferred Weimann in an out 3 times in the last 4 GWsOpen Controls-
Blind luck runs out eventually. I was around 70 pts behind 6GWs ago, now I have almost a 100pt lead..
I'm pretty sure you will back on top soon enough, what with having access to an amazing library of stats etc.
I wouldn't be worried, no Ars DGW coverage 🙂Open Controls

Still have Jan WC to play
Bego (Turnbull)
GIBBS Davies Luiz (Cameron Gorrks)
CAZORLA WALCOTT(C) NOLAN Mata (Puncheon)
Rvp Berba Suarez

HI GUYS. Appreciate some comments.
The original plan has always been to do Lambert > Podolski and play 3-4-3 benching Puncheon.
Or, I could instead do Puncheon > Nolan and play 3-5-2 benching Puncheon.
Basically it's a question of which is better Podolski or Nolan considering I'll be playing one of these alongside Walcott Cazorla Demel and Tomkins.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm think points wise maybe Nolan should be a better pick, but more "messy" to clean up after as I dont plan on playing 3-5-2 everyweek. Puncheon however, I'm happy to keep even after the DGW.
Please help!Open Controls-
*Bench Lambert on the 3-5-2
Open Controls -
Mate you have great DGW coverage anyway and Arsenal wont rip it up like Chelsea have! Maybe do Lamborghini to Lukaku for good balance?
Open Controls-
really? I always thought going all out is the way to go 😛 plus I'm chasing my ML leader like crazy haha.
Still have my "all season" WC intact so not really worried about the team getting fecked.Open Controls

Anyone not going to captain an Arsenal player next week?
Open Controls -
DDG, having ironed out his weakness on crosses needs to learn to push the ball behind for a corner. He's lost us 2 or 3 goals recently by palming the ball straight out in front of him
Perch v Newcastle
Michu v Swansea
Sturridge todayOpen Controls-
JK, Welbeck had a blinder today, MOTM by a long way. I was touch and cloth for the last 5 minutes of the game... 😉
Open Controls-
I heard Carrick was impressive as well. But from what I saw Danny gave Agger and Skrtel a torrid time.

Did anyone have Walters?
I know having someone captaining him on this website is a very longshot, but did he have some FFS ownership ?Open Controls-
Look up the page, some one posted the worst possible team link

Some guys voted for him on the captains poll. Surely did it jokingly however

depends on how much you have and is it a permanent change or a pre-wc punnt?

I really wanna get rid but didnt as I thought his price would go back to 7.2 at least (bought at 7.4), now he has transfers out and I think its a good time to unload him.
I really think Pog is just as good an option as Berb at the moment, and 3mill cheaper. I am biased, but stats dont lie..
Although I do wanna try avoid Pog as I was stung beforeOpen Controls -
Think I'm going to keep. No other stand out options at his price.

Those Baps in the scoreless games have really saved my gameweek, how did everyone fare?
Open Controls-
Same here. Was REALLY not expecting 6 from Bale and Taarabt.
Open Controls -
i know! 6bps from bale and afro :D. then 3 from lambert and 2 from mata

At some point Nani is going to be a real bargin at 8.2. With young out could it be soon?
Open Controls-
Nani won't be nailed on surely, too much competition. The game would be too easy if he were 😉

😆
Open Controls -
Every season UTD seem to have someone coming back from injury at this time of the year to make a big difference. Look at Valencia last year. Nani could be the same.
I'm not saying I am getting him in or anything but will be tempted if he starts playingOpen Controls
-
-
Dont think Young is out for too long, as he was able to play with the injury. Probaby just taken off as a precaution. Nani will probably be too much of a rotation risk.
Open Controls-
thinking about putting him in v Saints, purely as a 1 week but Bale and Mata have good fixtures, it will cost me too much to get Michu or Theo back, so it only leaves Fellaini
Open Controls
-
-
He'd need to drop to 0.0 to be a bargain, as he's not playing.
Open Controls-
I'd get him for Guthrie at 3.7
Nani wont play in the hole and isnt nailed on, but the cash could come in handy.Open Controls

It's not too stupid to do Bale > Cazorla just for the DGW is it? I can easily get him back after that gameweek against United, I just hope he doesn't go crazy again like he did at Old Trafford.
Open Controls -
Who to bring in for next week?
A. Suarez
B. Lukaku
C. Podolski
D. Sturridge
Leaning towards C because if the DGW but not sure…
Jussi
Demel – Luiz – Gibbs
Mata – Michu – Fellaini – Walcott
Ba – Lambert – RVP
Federici – Ramirez – Davies – Shaw
2.4 in the bankOpen Controls -
How's my wildcard team, to activate week 24 (after this next DGW)
Bunn, Al Habsi
Harte, Zabaleta, Demel, Davies, Wilson (or maybe Clyne or another 4.0)
Walcott, Fellaini, Michu, Mata, Marveaux
Lambert, Fletcher, RVP
£2.5 in the bank with current prices. Considering Ba instead of Fletcher.Open Controls-
Use that money.

I can't see any appealing striker options past the next week.
WBA's fixtures really tighten up, Newcastle have a couple of tricky ones, Liverpool's pretty poor, City facing rotation...Open Controls-
I fancy Lukaku for next week. After that their fixtures do tighten up, you're right...

Anyone tempted by Michu(C) for next GW? At home against Stoke who's defensive solidity has been knocked in recent games (conceded 10 goals in last 3)
