Demba Ba is available for Chelsea’s home clash with Wigan after having a facial mask fitted to protect his broken nose. Petr Cech is also back for the Blues, though John Terry is out with inflammation of his knee problem.

Daniel Sturridge’s thigh injury continues to be monitored – he will undergo a fitness test on Sunday before the following day’s home clash with West Brom, according to Brendan Rodgers. Raheem Sterling has been passed fit for the Reds, while new boy Philippe Coutinho has started training after a recent injury.

Sir Alex Ferguson has Michael Carrick and Ashley Young back in contention for the visit of Everton, while Phil Jones should be fit, despite a recent bout of shingles.

David Moyes is “hopeful” Marouane Fellaini can shrug off a hip problem, though the Toffees boss admitted the big Belgian has “bad bruising”. Vincent Kompany “has a chance” of returning for City’s trip to Southampton and Peter Odemwingie is now available for selection for West Brom once again.

Thomas Vermaelen’s ankle injury keeps him on the sidelines for Arsenal, while Laurent Koscielny faces a fitness test on a calf problem ahead of the trip to Sunderland. The Black Cats could be without James McClean, who picked up an ankle problem on international duty in midweek.

Yes, but with no match at all next week, it could mean this week ends Dawson's run of consecutive starts. Besides, this will be my 4th straight week with no point hits, so I'm getting antsy. 🙂

Seriously though, I'll probably wait until GW28 to make the move anyway, as that will be Stoke's next home match.

Keep Fellaini or lose him for Michu?
Free transfer. Only have Davies and Suarez as DGW cover at the moment. Also with Fellaini dropping tonight, I wont lose any value on him.

Only issue is that if I lose Fellaini, I might not get him back soon.
Plan to do Suarez to Aguero and Fletcher to Cisse next week as my next two transfers.

Exactly. If I had made a move for Michu, it was going to be through Fellaini. Would lose too much value on Walcott and Mata, and no way Bale or Mata is exiting my team anyway with their fixtures this week, and dropping Kebe for him would require another move elsewhere.

Tough call, one I've considered myself as Davies is my only Swnasea player, but I'm holding on to Fellaini. Take into consideration Fellaini's next couple of fixtures after this week, nor and RDG. Also, consider that if you save that transfer you will have 2 free ones next week, so your planned moves for Aguero and Cisse wouldn't cost you anything.

Could do Sagna to Enrique or Ashley Cole to GJ.
Dont want to do the first as I'm not confident Enrique will play 180 minutes and not keen on doing the second as Chelsea have Wigan at home.
Also if I bring in a pool defender, I'm relying on Demel to play next week to field 11.

I did Sagna to Enrique personally. Carragher should start atleast 1. But can start both. Has started the last 3 and looked better than Agger vs City. Reckon Skrtel will start Europa games in place of Carragher.

Hmmm, I've seen a lot of people do this trade and whilst it could work out great if he gets rested, I'm not convinced losing RVP is a good idea. United have very good fixtures coming up and I've also got 1.1m of value tied up in RVP.

I hope it's a Fernando Torres mask, or he has no chance.

I have no Bale or Mata atm. Which one should I get? Mids atm are Michu, Walcott, Fellaini, Taarabt and Guthrie. Need to replace Guthrie. Leaning towards Bale because he doesn’t get rotated but then again whenever Mata scores he gets points…opinions? (For a hit btw. And Taarabt would be on the bench then so need to hope the one i get in outscores Taarabt by 4)

Just as an outside observation (non-toffee fan) I think he has been playing well enough to retain a top spot but will still face great competition from Jelavic. He came off the bench to score a great goal for his country this week and will be looking to maintain this form. I would definitely not make a decision on Anichebe until GW28 gets closer.....looks like you could field a great squad though. What about Benteke? I am feeling like he needs to find his way to my squad sometime soon...

....not that Jelavic has stunning form mind you, but he did look great that match. Moyes is going to have a fun time picking his starting attackers the next couple of weeks. Anichebe edges it out for me atm but that can all change...
