I am 100% (c) van Persie this weekend, but I like that new options have emerged, keeps it more interesting. A few weeks ago a United game against QPR would have been an automatic RvP (c)hoice.

RMT says Evans expected value is 2.96 and Demel is 1.41, if that's of any help.

Probabilty of you getting your points back is rather slim.
I don't either. It's a computer that calculates expected scores based on expected values for game time, attacking returns, defensive, returns, etc. Don't know how it exactly works. Just throwing it out there as another data point to help with your decision.
I'd do it. Demel is going to be a pain in the arse until you get rid of him, might as well get it over and done with.
There will always be more important transfers you want to make than your 4th / 5th defender.
I'm lining up a 4-4-2 this week, and I'd love to play JEvans. Would be able to keep Suarez too, and an option of saving the transfer next week.
That's a definite bonus having 2 frees for GW29. In this kind of situation, I think taking the hit earlier gives you more gameweeks to make those points back.

Arsenal and Everton is 100% no go as it's based on Everton beating Oldham.
City and United probably 75% no go as UEFA won't want them to steal audiences.

I think City will play - they can psychologically gain 3 points on United who I don't think will play dude to UEFA. Could be wrong.

Well said trigger. I don't think that it is a coincidence that mertesacker who has almost 80caps for Germany looks a poor defender in the arsenal team or that they were keeping cs early in the season with diaby in the team. They have no balance in the team with arty as defo mid imo
