Watch Celtics performance against Barca in both games and mirror the gameplan albeit with far superior attacking players. I didnt understand the reluctance to go to the by line how many times it was on and a Barca players choose to check back inside into complete congestion. Also Milan were clever to stand Barca up rather than be too headstrong and commit to tackles thus taking themselves out of the game.

Barca didn't offer much, but I didn't expect such a good performance from AC, according to Milanista they haven't been great and without T. Silva and Ibra I thought they'd be brushed aside. Was really impressed by Montolivo, Prince and SES tonight along with the well drilled defence, although I reckon Barca still have enough to go through to be honest, they're still my favourites for the tie...

I agreed. lots of possession but not much threat. Iniesta's shot was probably our best chance of the night. that and the corner that pique headed.
i was expecting a good performance from Milan but not quite that good, and was expecting we would play better. we didn't perform in our top gear and weren't threatening enough.
I have hope that we can still go through but it will be tough. we will need a 2-0 or better result. we're at home which his huge but if milan play that same way i'm not sure what to expect....Open Controls

I think Milan were very well organized & disclipined at the back. There is no excuse of having 0 shots on target when you have Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, and Cesc on your team...

they were very well organized and disciplined. great game by the. agreed on that too. where did messi go I must ask? the only thing i really remember him doing was that awful free kick. that and once nice turn and dribble but he ended up missing the shot.
I think we missed villa today. could have used him either from the start or coming off the bench. also we need to be able to play more directly. when we were chasing we still weren't threatening enough...
