One man’s personal battle to mastermind his beloved Fantasy Football team through extreme adversity steals the show in this week’s episode of the ScoutCast – and we’re not talking about Granville struggling with his BAFTA award-winning hangover.

Episode 99 has all the usual ingredients as we look back on Gamweek 28, rinse through the Gameweek 29 options, pop in to disturb the Professor and his Rate My Team computer, analyse the transfer ins and outs and, of course, give another community member the “Fully Jonty” treatment.

Jonty delivers a heart-warming and rather humbling account this week, emphasising just how far the dedicated Fantasy manager will go to steer his ship. Postponing your bedbath to play your Wildcard? You better believe it.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

I'm insanely tempted by Siggy. I have my wildcard, he could be a dynamic differential for a couple weeks as a Fellaini replacement. He's still a little pricey though, make it hard to get RVP back.

really they beat zenit 3-1, lost away in russsia (tricky place to play)where they shouldn't have conceded a 2nd thats what knocked them out in the end aswell as carraghers mistake.

yes theyve failed to pick up pts but really they should have won atleast half of those games they lost.

i'm no liverpool fan but they only need a couple strong cb's to be higher in this yr just by watching there games and thats the difference between them and spurs this yr

I think Torres running off the ball to create space for their creative 3 attacking midfielders is superior. Maybe this is partly because he lacks confidence and would rather be a decoy striker and/ or lay off the ball.

But their best player Mata plays better in my opinion away from home with Torres up front.

Benitez is a stat man, looking at the way he always rests Mata for home games he's clearly aware of this.

I wonder if Benitez's main problem is autism to be perfectly honest.

You look at the Chelsea squad though - Terry, Lampard, Drogba, Cole - lot of egos/knobheads in there.

Spurs only really have VdV (Bale can be irksome but you only need to see him interviewed to see he's an alright guy) and possibly BAE.

Easier task for a young coach.
