As tomorrow’s deadline edges ever-closer, Fantasy managers are turning to a couple of bustling Belgians in their droves as we attempt to ride out a tricky six-match Gameweek. Second and third for forwards in terms of transfers in so far, Romelu Lukaku and Christian Benteke both look strong mid-price options with games against Swansea and Reading respectively. With five goals apiece in their last six appearances, the duo have been in prolific form of late – we cast an eye over their statistics in this latest article for members:

People may not recognize that the absence of Lennon is actually fatal to spurs.
Suarez (c) for me.Open Controls-
You think it increases their chances to concede?
Open Controls-
I think it reduces their chances to score, if he is missing. He's a seriously underrated winger on the right.
Is he confirmed out though?Open Controls -
yes, pool's left wing attack is strong: Suarez + Coutinho + Enrique
Open Controls-
Who would Spurs play at RW if he is out? David Bentley? 😯
Open Controls-
Siggy, Bale and Holtby as the attacking mids, surely?
Open Controls
-
-
Enrique is nothing but a fecking liability, imo.
Open Controls
-
-
you mean Spurs could die?
😯Open Controls-
Bale may still score, but they will concede more imo. There is a big hole in the right side (pool's left) without Lennon. Things are even worse if they are without Dembele.
Open Controls-
But Lennon doesn't defend...
Open Controls-
Enrique and Coutinho can focus on attack if there's no Lennon's counter attack
Open Controls -
Spurs away form depends heavily on poaching on the break with the speed of Bale De foe and Lennon. With Bale through the middle it may mean they will operate
4-4-2 with just De foe and Bale offering the counter threat.
If this happens i'd expect a lower goals count, though understand this one is primed to be high scoring.
I can't see beyond Bale being devastating on the break if Liverpool press the usual high line.
Carragher v Bale what a picnic!Open Controls

Any chance of long starting ahead of lukaku
Open Controls-
twitter report that Long is a doubt
Open Controls -
Very little, imo.
Open Controls -
Maybe not this GW as Long is a fitness doubt, but over the remaining games, quite possibly.. or 4-4-2 at home and both playing

Would be nice to get clarification on whether Cisse is fit for Sunday.
The Thursday Europa League games do put uncertainty into my head regarding the state of the players for the game. Sissoko finished OK didn't he?Open Controls -
Fellaini to...
A) Michu
B) Cabaye
Probably for 2 weeks before switching back to Fellaini.Open Controls -
-
yep
Open Controls

Lennon confirmed out? Decreases Bale's potential somewhat if that's the case
Open Controls-
How so?
Open Controls-
I think he means he creates chances for Bale.
I don't mind anyway lambert captain against Norwich for me.Open Controls
-
-
The form he's on, I wouldn't bet against him even if he plays alongside 10 Bentdner's 🙂
Open Controls -
-
Team likely to score less as a whole. Lennon's not competing for shots with Bale either so Bale unlikely to benefit.
Open Controls-
I think they'll definitely suffer a little as a team, but Bale hasn't relied on Lennon too much. You're right though, it is a noticeable loss. Who will they play instead?
Open Controls-
I honestly don't know, they don't seem to have any standout right sided alternatives. Lennon's just quietly done his job there for so long. If they keep Bale central and Siggy on the left I guess they could stick Dempsey on the right as he's played flank before. Or Holtby.
Also Bale sometimes swaps flanks during games so there is a small chance they could stick him on that flank, maybe play Holtby CAM and Siggy LAM.Open Controls

Contradicts the fact that Spurs have largely been a one-man team, recently.
Open Controls-
You could say Real are a one man team or Barcelona are a one man team, but the job the other players do without the headlines is important too.

Does having neither Suarez nor Sissoko in your team too much of a risk?
I can field 11 without a hit, but then, getting ome of them tempts me.Open Controls-
If you can field 11 I would worry about taking hits. Suarez's big returns tend to come against lesser opposition and I still think Cabaye is a better bet than Sissoko. Having said that, there's a small chance of him starting up top if Cisse doesn't make it.
Open Controls

-
Would you do either of these for a hit?
1) Federici > Bunn
2) Demel > WilsonOpen Controls -
Scott Parker is 5.2... 😀

Try and get it remarked. It will be worth the £15.00 in the long run.
Open Controls-
This is true. I had my final year degree papers remarked and it pushed me to a 2:1. Totally worth it.

Anybody getting Gylfi?
Open Controls-
Gylfius Mac already has him, obviously
Open Controls-
😀
Open Controls

I was tempted. but uncertainty that he'll even play + how difficult he makes it to get RVP back has scared me off. Great punt though.
Open Controls-
Checkout the Spurs midfield. I promise he will play.
Open Controls-
Hmm, I didn't see Lennon was probably out. But then I can't get RVP next week :/ *Sigh. I thought my decisions were made...
Open Controls-
Doesn't overly matter at the moment. Sigurdsson is ahead of Holtby in the pecking order - changed the game vs. West Ham, was decent vs. Arsenal especially tracking back and was MOTM last night.

Whats everyones perception of Zabaletta for the run in? Was top of the rankings a few weeks back but City have a tough run in. Am thinking of Zaba>Rafael and doubling up Rafa with DDG for the run in (loving Man U's fixtures). Thoughts?
Open Controls-
I've had him a while and not sure. He's one of the best defenders to have, but it's still money tied up I could spend on midfield upgrade like Lampard
Open Controls

Any Evra owners here? Will you be contemplating a downgrade to maybe Rafael in future weeks, or sticking?

Not much, I'm captaining Scott Parker. That's about it.

Tevez facing jail time after drunking while driving.
Open Controls-
I think you'll find it is because he was banned from driving and drove, not that he was 'drunking while driving'. Regardless, you broke the story to this fella though.

Great news for Swansea. I recall the BBC reporting this as something of a done deal a few days ago, seems like there was little doubt.
Open Controls

Free transfer Mertesacker out for Dawson for this week so I can upgrade Begovic to DDG next week.
Look good yes? Anyone doing similar?Open Controls -
Did Santon play midweek? Second question is he good to go v Stoke?
Open Controls -
The team
Bunn (Bego)
Cameron Davies Turner Harte
Bale Michu (VC) Sissoko (C)
Sturridge Lambert
bench: Jevans, RVP, Mata, Walcott. 3.4m in the bank ,.
Thinking of saving a transfer and having 2 FT next week. More value in getting double GW players than what is the table this GW no? I will need to sell them for a hit after few GW’s anyway no? have 10 players playing Cameron included.
Thoughts?
THanksOpen Controls-
I wouldn't transfer out any of your bench players, but you might as well take out Cameron who seems to be out of favor now for a Newcastle defender?
Open Controls -
Save FT even if Cameron doesnt play 9 is adequate.

Dunno if anyone else is trying to split Cisse and Benteke for captain, but I think I just have:
Reading have conceded the 2nd most goals in the league in front of their own fans this season
Only Man U, Swans, City and Arse have conceded fewer on the road than Stoke
Recently, Reading are conceding around a goal a half, while Stoke are conceding a goal a game.
Benteke(c) for me I think
(Having already discounted Suarez due to opposition)Open Controls -
Damn. Honestly I thought I'd field 11 without a hit this week. Alas, not to be.
Who would you guys bring in for kebe? Can't go above 4.6...
So it's HRK or Akpan I suppose. (last time I watched Akpan he was awesome but that was weeks ago)
Any advice much appreciated!Open Controls -
My Scout Picks (courtesy of my Sinclair ZX81 with 16k RAM bolt on)
Foster
Santon Samba O'Shea
Bale Sissoko Hoolahan Michu
Suarez Lambert Benteke
Ridiculously slim pickings!Open Controls -
Have a dilemma;
Trying to sort out my Missuss' team and she refuses to have any liverpool players!
Need a midfielder to bring in for Fell/Mata?
She has Michu, Bale and Sissoko.
No hit and means 11 play
A bit out of ideas due to crap GW so options v much appreciated.Open Controls
