Sunday serves up a quartet of matches, handing us over four hours of Premier League football to keep us sofa-bound and, hopefully, boosting our Gameweek tallies in the process.

We’re eased into the action at the Stadium of Light, where Sunderland host Norwich in a match with few Fantasy assets on show. Stephane Sessegnon and Steven Fletcher will feature for some, whist interest in the visitors seems likely to be limited to the Canaries back four and, perhaps, the set-piece threat of Robert Snodgrass.

Things accelerate from that point on, however, with Gareth Bale sizing up the Fylham defence at three o’clock, while Juan Mata and Moussa Sissoko are in action as Chelsea take on West Ham and Newcastle visit Wigan in the late afternoon kick-offs.

Our Dugout Discussion chatroom is open throughout the day for those seeking some real-time interaction while the matches play out.

The team news from today’s early game finds Martin O’Neill make one very welcome change from a Fantasy perspective, as Carlos Cuellar returns to the Black Cats’ lineup after an eight-game hiatus. Danny Rose and David Vaughan also earn starts, with Alfred N’Diaye and Jack Colback joining the dropped Titus Bramble on the bench. Chris Hughton also makes changes to the visitors lineup, with Anthony Pilkington ruled out through injury, Elliot Bennett is drafted in on the flank, meanwhile, Grant Holt drops to the bench to make way for West Hoolahan. It looks as though Kei Kamara will lead the attack in a 4-5-1 for Norwich.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Ref should be allowed to see the vid and give red now, why should McManaman be allowed another 45 mins when by now the officials will have seen what he did?

Retrospective bans are useless if the aggrieved team loses.

I definitely wouldn't call them "useless". They're "ineffective", yes, but they definitely make sure players are more careful with what they do, especially off the ball.

If anything, they benefit the teams you're battling against.

They should bring in a rule that an incident can be viewed in a replay in-game if the captain appeals for it. Simple as. But limit it to a certain number (e.g. 3 reviews per game).

They have videos of everything... just get someone to watch them and act. No need for 3 challenges.

Well something like they do in the rugby when viewing the tries.

If everything is reviewed it'd kill the fluidity of the game. So many little challenges here and there that may or may not deserve fouls/ cards. If you restrict to a few times a game it'd be more sensible/ serious mistakes.

I know may sound a bit stupid but if they were to do something like american football - challenge flags.

Say each manager gets 3 per game to use (or not use). They can challenge a decision (e.g. disallowed goal, harsh challenge etc) and it'll go to video ref.

Never expected Bale (C) to fail on me this week. Of all people.

I guess I overestimated Tottenham's March form and AVB's skills.
