No thrills. Few spills. Just two men in a room talking about Fantasy Football.

Granville and I handed Jonty and the “Professor” an extended pre-season and rolled the ScoutCast back to its rawest form. Just myself and the Mancunian sharing our thoughts after a summer break and looking forward to another Fantasy campaign.

We talk double Gameweek assets, I roll out the van Persie duvet, Granville reveals more than he should about his team lineup and, around all that, we assess the early bandwagons and preview the weekend fixtures.

Forty-five minutes of two blokes talking about the stuff that’s rattling around in most of our heads right now.

      I have neither. I am not convinced Dzeko will start and am not convinced Lukaku will play both matches. Then Chelsea is on the road at Man U followed by a blank game week.

    Are we forgetting the fact that Mourinho is an egomaniac and that he will probably relish bringing Torres back from the dead and into a class player?

    Sounds mental, but I wouldn't put it past him. There's a reason why he didn't make another signing and I'm not sure it's because he thinks Lukaku is the answer to ALL problems.

    With that said, I still have Lukaku 🙂 Just thinking out loud here.

      Cech // Begovic is way too much to spend on keepers
      Baines is too expensive for me.

      I'm still hung up on having BOTH Coleman and Mirallas though. The extra 1.0 will come in handy, I've 1.5 extra at the moment.

        Having both doesn't bother me much.. I think both are priced to kindly to avoid for me.
        Yeah 1.5 would be ideal to do Lukaku - Negredo.. I may get Dzeko and keep the 1.0 for if Bale stays though.

      4.5 - Collins, Murner, Clyne

      People are expecting Coleman to play OOP if/when Everton play 3 at the back.

      Murner is a good pick. Not sure how nailed Cuellar is. I haven't paid much attention to sunderland. Clyne should be a good pick from week 2 onwards

      Cuellar may get a start this weekend with brown being injured (although I think Roberge will be preferred). Celustka is a good shout tho. Nailed on a RB and should get forward a lot under di canio's new system.

        With DGW, away at Old Trafford then whatever Cup they're in. I think Chelsea is just a rotation disaster waiting to happen. Paired with some other players lacking fitness and having International matches this week.

        I'd say Taarabt and Bent will start as impact subs with whoever does well getting a starting spot and the other on the bench.

    Granville's Sczezny idea is very tempting. I hadn't thought of that, but it's the cheapest way to Ars and Liv at the back.
