I really can't decide between Walcott and Ozil. I feel like Walcott may be the better short term option because Ozil may take a while to bed in. However I'm about to go on holiday for 3 weeks and won't be able to change my team while I'm out there, and if I don't pick Ozil and his price rises in those 3 weeks I won't be able to afford him. I feel people are looking at Arsenal completely differently now that Ozil's here. It's true, their offense takes a completely different dimension now, but they're still plagued by mediocrity in CM, defense and arguably up front when Giroud is off form.
I'm not captaining an Arsenal player this week. Ozil alone won't transform the team overnight.
Also, Walcott >>>>>> Ozil.
If Walcott plays like Ronaldo does except on the right side with those aggressive cuts inside and behind the defense, Ozil will find him and there will be goals.

Koscielny in particular gets far too much hype from Arsenal fans. He's pretty decent, as is Mertesacker, but you wouldn't take that partnership over Terry/Luiz, Rio/Vidic etc.
The last time Sagna put a decent cross into the box was circa 2011, and Gibbs/Monreal are solid but unspectacular.

I don't know about you. But Umlaut's signing has made Arsenal the frontrunners to win the Wenger Cup.
