Having racked up nine goals and 16 assists in his debut season in the Premier League, many had anticipated Eden Hazard to step up another level under the guidance of Jose Mourinho. While he impressed over Chelsea’s pre-season program, the Belgian has stuttered domestically and with five league games done and dusted, Hazard has produced just a single assist so far:

Although Juan Mata has cut a peripheral figure in the Blues first XI and featured just twice in the league, Hazard has started all five of his side’s fixtures and played all but six minutes of the season so far. Despite his security of game time, the midfielder’s faltering form has resulted in a mass exodus across the Fantasy games – indeed, Hazard has shed more owners in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game than any other player by a significant margin, with over 590,000 owners parting company.

    Anyone got a mental block when it comes to Ramsey? after years of not considerin him in fpl it's difficult to do it all of a sudden.. is this a false dawn or is there a reason things are different?     Chester is £4m.
    Chester is injured for 2 months.
    Is it possible for Chester to drop below £4m, or is £4m a price floor in the game?
    I need to get Lukaku in after GW6, and Chester not dropping in price would really help me in that regard.

              It used to be if you were red flagged for a certain number of days then the flag is removed and the price is frozen for 10 days. You had a higher number to reach while red flagged but the price could still drop. Now I don't know this season, SIlva went against past rules it seems by mistake or design. I think they included it for other colour flags too over the last couple years.

              It's all very confusing, but the core point we knew for sure was that it was the removal of the flag that triggered it.

      As somebody who is playing with 3 at the back i'm keeping Chester in for the time being as have cover with Murner and using the transfers elsewhere.

      If push comes to shove i'll remove him if i have a spare transfer.

    Facing a major dilemma here boyz and girls. Going mental!! Dropped from 10k to 110k
    Already used my WC, and did my FT this week, Beneteke -> Rooney

    Now have Walcott, Silva and Chester inj. Was planning to bench Lampard and Barkley this week, now forced to play them both because Silva only due back against Bayern, but screwed if anyone else picks up an injury before the weekend

    Should I ride it out with 3 inj on my bench and play Barkley even though I have Lukaku and Coleman already, or should I take a 4 point hit and bring in Ozil or Michu for this gw?

      Wait until Friday and see what the news is no matter what.

      Two options: Risk no cover on the bench, save the -4 and ride out the week.

      Or take a hit this week and another next week to sort out the side.

      If Walcott and Silva are back soon, you might be ok with the option 1.

      Good, lethal forwards, maybe too lethal. Downgrade Aguero or Suarez to Lambert/Lukaku/Remy/Bent, downgrade Vidic to Collins and upgrade Morrison and Colback to Brady and Moses/Amalfitano/Sessegnon.
