  Tough choices, pal. I'd definetely play Clyne, though. Hull at home is as good a fixture for a Southampton defender. It's a tough one but would probably play Clyne over Januzaj or Barkley.

    brendon rodgers said that skrtel is keeping him out of the side because he is playing good and has done nothing wrong. pretty amazing the depth liverpool has in the CB position and then no where else.

    There was a quote from Brendan R saying that Martin S has impressed and is keeping Daniel A out of the line-up. Something along the lines of he's a fair manager and he's showing that by playing Martin S ahead of an 'international captain' who is sitting on the bench.
    
    Now, there's no question that Daniel A should be playing ahead of Mamadou S who has been pretty abysmal, but he's a big time signing so there's some pressure on Brendan R to play him, I guess. I am sure he'll be back before too long. Maybe he'll even help Simon M keep a clean sheet...

      liverpool RCB and LCB role agger doesnt fit in to. they play alot wider, toure and sakho have alot more speed than agger and skrtel. Skrtel and Agger are in competition with eachother and thats it.
      
      this is when they play with the 3 at the back ofcourse.

        its not mignolet, or skrtels fault imo.. i agree, as a liverpool fan, skrtel is playing excellent.. his strength is incredible. love agger.. always thought his pools best defender but i like the way its motivating skrtel to play better. Sakho has been shaky at times, but he is looking better each time he plays imo and im starting to warm up to him. toure is perfect for the RCB role if they are playing 3.. bad stuff up tho v arse that nearly cost a goal..
        
        i think they will start to gel and concede less, but you have to remember its an attacking formation, not a defending one! arsenal found alot of space on the wings, so work has to be done.

  he said he will be back on the squad on saturday, whether his playing or on the bench. when he said back in the squad.. the squad includes the bench lol... so i think there is abit to worry about. scurlle deserves a shot in his preffered LW position which is also hazards prefferred position. it doesnt look good.

      its more than that. he said he was going to drop him anyway, not only for being late.. he said he was unhappy with how often he lost the ball and didnt do enough defensively to win the ball back.. he said he was unhappy with lapard luiz and cole also... i think his trying to show his players that no one is safe, and you have to play the way he wants. we all know his a defensive coach so he would look at the things we dont look at concerning hazard. hopefully he just misses a game, gets back in the team and shows how good he is, but this weekend i think schurlle is looking good to start.

Is Silva injured? Michu is also injured, is his price frozen?

I was going to sell Michu and Eriksen for Silva and a cheap mid. Suggestions for a cheap mid? Take a punt on Silva anyway? Any advice welcome, thanks!

  I did Michu to Silva. Granted that was before the (potential) injury news but think he will be a good prospect long term. As for an Eriksen to a cheapie downgrade, (Janujaz if you think he will get game time, or Amalf).

Can anyone see United keeping a clean sheet against Arsenal? As an Evra owner who just saw a drop price it would be funny if he registered a blank. Silva might not play and Evra is my first sub.

Just got rid (finally!!) of Michu and Eriksen for Yaya and Morrison. Man that felt good. How's my team?

Ramsey (MU) Ozil (MU) Toure (SUN, VC)

Subs: Marshall, Morrison, Ward, Kim, 3.3M in the bank.

Kind of hoping to get Aguero soon. Maybe switch Toure for Silva. Will see. Looks OK?

    But I'm thinking about shipping out Giroud for Aguero for a hit, or maybe wait another week. But by then Aguero will be a lot more expensive... so it seems like I should.

1) What do you think of Barkley's starting prospects this week? Any solid evidence to say that he was just 'rested' last week and not dropped?

2) If Silva is out, I might take a small risk and do Michu + Barkley > Nasri (or Silva if fit) + R. Morrison. Decent moves?
