Sunday’s fare includes two Premier League matches featuring both Manchester clubs and a cast of Fantasy captain candidates.

Events begin at the Etithad where Man City’s 100% home record will be tested against a Spurs side that’s seemingly allergic to goals – at either end of the pitch.

Andre Villas-Boas side have scored just a single goal in their last three matches but, equally, have conceded just once in their last four league outings. In contrast, goals are flowing with abandon for City and, having scored 20 at the Etihad this term, Manuel Pellegrini will be optimistic on breaching the resolute Spurs defence this afternoon.

That lunchtime encounter is followed by United’s trip to South Wales to face a Cardiff side suffering an alarming slip on form. Three defeats in five will be a concern for Malky Mackay has he prepares his team to face a United outfit looking for their fourth straight league win.

With the likes of Sergio Aguero, Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie carrying the armband hopes of many, Sunday is set to have a big impact on our Gameweek tallies.

All the lineup news from today’s matches will be presented in our Twitter feed via Andy’s typing fingers. Meanwhile, our Dugout Discussion chatrooom is now fully operational and open to receive your real-time reactions.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Lamela looks like a show pony to me. Granted though I didn't really see much of him at Roma, so I haven't seen the potential.

trust me, lamela is class. he played insane with river playte in argentina and same w/ rome. Argentina is a start studded team and lamela is 1st option off the bench. that tells u spmething. AVB has that locker room lost.

Once again, having RVP has got me more points than having Rooney 😎

RVP's no show today, means I get Barkley's 1 point from the bench, plus Aguero's 15/16 points gets doubled now.

    I love RVP πŸ™‚

    He is essential!!!
