I see this move similar to Yaya. Ozil is bringing in the points, seems to be a move just to be making a move to me. Assuming you have Aguero and, as you mentioned Ramsey, and assuming you have no Oscar, then you may be best off choosing which of Yaya and Ozil you could do best without since you are doubling up vs no Chelsea if you stick.

Is it me or do Everton seem a much better side with Oviedo in the team. When Baines comes back Oviedo could be shifted to m/f. Oviedo seems a very good punt & even if he does get dropped then just widcard him.

Looking at the transfers, Rooney looks sure to fall tomorrow night and could yet fall once or twice more in the coming week. That could take him from 11.2 to 10.9 or so and it makes it slightly less painful to buy him back in the worst case scenario.
