With Wayne Rooney suspended and Robin Van Persie still a doubt for United’s home game with Newcastle, Paddy Power have delivered yet another tempting offer for new customers. Our bookmaker friends are offering improved odds of 6/1 on Javier Hernandez to score anytime against the Magpies in tomorrow lunchtime’s Old Trafford encounter:

When you consider that the regular odds of the Mexican netting over the 90 minutes are a mere 11/10, it’s pretty obvious this is great deal for those yet to sign up with Paddy. If you don’t have an account and fancy a piece of the action, click here to join up and take advantage of the offer.

To clarify, the Hernandez enhanced odds specials are limited to a Β£10 stake, open to new Paddy Power customers only and subject to the terms and conditions specified.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

    Oscar: 3.60
    Loic Remy: 4.33

    The Bookies Team: The Rules
The bookies team formation will be 4-3-3 each week and it doesn't comply with FPL's budget constraints, as I feel that it'd change a lot of what I'm trying to portray.

Goal Keeper: this will be selected from the team who has the lowest odds to keep a clean sheet. If doing this means that there are four players from the same team, the keeper will be selected from the team who has the fifth lowest odds.
Defenders: this will be selected from the four highest teams who have the lowest odds to keep a clean sheet - the keeper and one defender will be from the same team.
Midfielders + Forwards: this will be selected from the three midfielders and three forwards who have the lowest odds to score at anytime from the captain poll.

    Bet365's XI:
    Myhill
    Skrtel - Terry - A. Williams - Evra
    Coutinho - Ramsey - Sessegnon
    Suarez - Aguero - RVP

A few surprises in the defensive rankings (recent games shots in box).

United 12th, lol. Newcastle 16th despite not conceding many goals, maybe they've got lucky of late, I guess there was the game against Spurs when Krul had the most saves in a game for years. Spurs' defensive form has gone to pieces, they've dropped to 10th having been near the top. Swansea are also surprisingly bad at the back - 17th.

A few surprisingly good defences too. West Ham are 6th despite their troubles, might have got a bit unlucky. And who's that sitting in 4th? Do not adjust your sets... that is Crystal Palace.

Although actually from memory, I don't think they conceded many shots in that game. I think actually they had almost as many as City, just that City scored from the majority of their shots. Think the commentator said it was something ludicrous like 6 goals from 7 shots on target. Need to check that one

Yeah it does have an impact, and not just on the stats, Villa and Newcastle had runs of CS earlier in the season when they were playing crap teams.

Choosing the number of GWs to include is a balance between trying to reduce the impact of recent fixtures and reflect recent form. To be fair the table doesn't look too different from the whole season table.

Alright, chancing Flannagan in for Rat and keeping Dawson instead of swapping for GJ

Rat has Liverpool, Sunderland, Arsenal and Man Utd in next 4 and is a doubt this week.

Was going to get GJ in for Dawson with his attacking potential and less rotation risk but Dawson is fit and has favourableish fixtures.

For 4.5 Flans a decent shout into the pool defense even if they're not the best lately... worth the punt if Chester can back him up.

You really need to specify your question sir! If you need a defender up until the winter WC, I would say Burner.

          Burner
          Gabiddon/Ward
          Chester

In that order (up until Jan WC)

Hull in terms of home and away form, but Cardiff might be slightly better purely at home. CP are definitely improving...

      Hull, Cardiff, Palace

But that's me... We all know Pullis and his second man make a decent defense... Steve Bruce is usually good for a defense too along with Big Sam

Wham and Hull would be my preference of the cheapy defs

      Hull at home, easily.

CPL are looking more solid but still shaky. Cardiff haven't impressed me as far as being defensively solid but they've had the roughest home fixtures so who knows.

12 – Luis Suárez has scored as many Premier League goals as Liverpool’s opponents West Ham on Saturday. The Hammers have scored 12 goals in their 14 Premier League matches after being shut out in their 1-0 loss at Crystal Palace on Tuesday. Suárez has netted 12 goals in 9 games after being suspended for the first five games of the season. Crystal Palace (8), Cardiff City (11) and Sunderland (11) have all scored fewer than the player.
