Once again, Paddy Power have laid on another enhanced market for the upcoming round of matches. This time around, our bookmaker friends are dangling Tasty Treble odds of 5/1 for Liverpool, Man City and Man United all to win against Cardiff, Fulham and West Ham respectively this weekend.

When you consider that the regular odds on a treble for all three to win are just 11/8, this looks a standout deal for those yet to sign up with Paddy. If you don’t have an account and fancy a piece of the action, click here to join up and take advantage of the offer.

To clarify, the Tasty Treble enhanced odds specials are limited to a £10 stake, are open to new Paddy Power customers only and subject to the terms and conditions specified.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

Worth doing JWP to sterling for a hit.
Would probably need him to score this week to make it back as can't see much in next two games.

    Alright guys,

I've had a lousy season so far! Looking to change that for the next twenty games. Who would you bench of:

    Walker / Januzai / Ward / Olson

My current plan looks like this:

    Howard (Marshall)
Olsson / Evra / Coleman (Walker, Ward)
Silva / Cabaye / Hazard / Januzai (Ramsey)
Lukaku / Suarez / -- undecided slot for Aguero

Benteke or Negredo in for Aguero? Benteke is a bet, but he has the fixtures, and could be a nice punt?

Negredo is a good punt too and would be my option. I'd never bench Ramsey myself.

If I had been higher up, I probably would have done things differently.

My thinking is that many of those above me will be getting in Negredo, but very few will think about Benteke due to recent form. It's a risk, but one that could prove rewarding, and I avoid doubling up on city up, spreading my assets.

Reason benching Ramsey: 63 percents own him, so I won't gain any points there. If there is one fixture Januzai could produce in, this looks like it for me before the wildcard. Come to think of it, though, maybe playing four guys at the back would be a better option?

Fair enough. Still the logic is somewhat flawed as Ramsey ownership will punish you further if he does well. But no risk and it's unlikely you will make much headway so go for it. Tekkers is still a great striker but just woefully out of form this season. I'd prefer Remy or maybe even Goofy if I had a gun to the head.

I think its too early for big punts. if you are 70 points behind now then you only have to make up about 4 points per week which is easily done with your smart choices for 3rd defender or less risky 4th midfielder spots. Many DGW's coming up as well so planning better for them and covering template teams is still viable for now. There is still generally enough differences in teams to make it up at this stage. Not bad punts by any stretch though.

Mannone is a ridiculously cheap playing keeper at 4.2 but there's always a catch, Westwood is back Boxing Day though of course who knows if he'll reclaim the spot.

I do think going budget 4.0 on keepers is a profitable strategy. It's a great way of squeezing out extra budget which is much better spent on attack than keepers. If you've got the balls to take the risk, or rather just factor in the possibility of needing a hit at some point in the year, you'll rake in the points elsewhere in the team.

True but the it is a calculated risk ay. Manonne appears to have earned the jersey now. The extra cash is brilliant, as is the rotation.

Nice - just checked it - SUN/CAR is indeed a brilliant rotation. The other one tempting me is the one I'm already using in defence which is CPL/CAR. Both are great, maybe both should be used in the WC. Something like Mannone/Marshall Ward/Burner. Super value.

Actually looking at Champ's suggestion the 4.2/4.6 combo of Mannone/Marshall may be worth it for the much better fixtures rotating. 0.6 at stake. Decisions, decisions.

All in all, for me this is the 'waiting week'. The week I wait to see if Rooney starts. The week I wait to see if Moxey starts. The week I wait to see if Clyne starts. The week I wait to see if Silva is in the hole or Negredo & Dzeko are playing, and if City suffer without Aguero. The week I wait to see if Coutinho surprises me in what is meant to be his last fixture before I kick him out of the team.

The week I wait to see if the plans come together.

Yeah, no new quotes though or anything. It's the usual shroud of mystery that surrounds Moyes. He's having a fitness test isn't he, so see how that goes.

    Howard
    Coleman Fonte Chester Gabbidon
    Silva Couts Ozil
    Suarez (C) Lukaku Negredo

    Ravel Dawson Brady

Don't hate this for this GW but Brady and Dawson are really bumming me out and Coutinho's on his last chance.. really want Walcott, feels like he might be crucial this week.
Feeling a little burned after two consecutive red arrowing hit weeks so feeling cautious this week.. don't want to drop out of 50k

any thoughts on these would be much appreciated!

    A Stick
B Play Ravel over Chester or Gabbs
C Brady > Cabaye -4 and Cout to Wally next week
D Brady > Hendo -4 and Cout to Wally next week
    E Brady & Dawson > Wally and Baker for a -8
    F Cout > Wally -4

    cheers.

Out of those options, might as well stick I think. None of the alternatives look that profitable. The best of the bad bunch are Cout > Wally.

Would be a great way to go. Through this period of turmoil the on pitch results have been excellent, particularly given the squad he has.

Mackay isn't the loser here anyway, Tan is. Mackay would leave with a greatly enhanced reputation and a choice of places to go. Tan would be stuck with an asset he is devaluing through his novice mismanagement.

I am dreading the idea of a really big Cardiff performance tomorrow to show Tan they love their manager, i'm not sure if this is a good time to play them as they're in turmoil, or bad because they have more to play for

Right, hit taken, Walcott in for Sess

Thanks to John Terry's Dog and the other replies on the previous page for the advice

I didn't realise that Sessegnon's returns for me this season had been: 2,2,0,2,2
That is dire, and totally deserved to leave my team.

But it means including the hit he has gained me 4 points in 5 weeks 😛

Better than some players I have had, but even if he scores this week Walcott will pay off in long run
And technically the hit lies with Walcott. So sess has given you double the points you thought 🙂

        I've done worse

Earlier this season I had Pablo Hernandez, who then got injured in training and got me 0 points and cost a transfer out the next week.

Drenthe season before last takes the cake I think - owned him for at least 6 weeks for return of about 2 points in total, he got a bunch of 1 and 2 pointers and eventually a red card.
