Both will score well but Baines is relentless when it comes to bps and assists. Goals are harder to predict.
That double CS was a long time in coming. Nice when it happens. Even so, my two Everton defenders have now got me 65pts in 5 games.
What are the CS odds for City and Arsenal?

Would be great to have him in my side but is he nailed on? His points per minute played for defenders up to gw20 ranked 4th behind Baines, Coleman & Mert. When I did the calculations it did surprise me but it proves he's a great pick.

Yep, Whittingham also came into my thinking as did Mutch and oddly enough Sidwell (who's ticking up the points despite Fulham's abject performances). Annoyingly I stuck with Barkley (assuming he''d be back next week)

Well, I can wholeheartedly confirm that The Wolf of Wall Street is, indeed, an amazing movie.
Is it criminal to have a player like Colback in a W/C team. Obv he'll never get me much but will add 1-2 points anythime I need hime to come in
I think it's sensible to have 2 pointers on the bench just in case, but many believe bench should just be lowest value possible

Would love to have someone with decent upside on the bench like Jan but can't afford it. Might suck a little when u get injuries and have to play him knowing you'll only get 2 points but it allows me to have a strong starting 11.
Could look at a decent rotation in defence. With the odd ok away game you can play a 3 man defence from 24 on consisting of Coleman plus and two of Hull, Palace, Sunderland, Norwich. Means an uber cheap but effective defence.
I am considering Chester, ward, alonso and olsson to free attacking funds (had Coleman since week 1)
Yeah someone suggest that to me but I just rather have defenders from city/chelsea as I know what to expect in general from them and 2nd half of the season usually results in more CS from the big teams. If you can make the cheap rotation work you're a better FPL manager then I

Makes selection choice easier, you rarely get to use the 3rd sub and it gives you extra monies elsewhere...
He's in one of my teams post WC. Other hasn't wild carded yet... No point wasting money on a guaranteed benchwarmer. Ah for the days of Cheapo Ferguson @ 3.9 a few seasons ago...
