The first of seven Saturday encounters kicks off at the Stadium of Light as Sunderland entertain Southampton this lunchtime.

Following the Wearside encounter, there are five games to focus on at 3pm, with Arsenal and City’s home clashes against Fulham and Cardiff heavily-backed by Fantasy managers. The evening match at Anfield then follows, as Captain Poll favourite Luis Suarez looks to run riot against Villa’s porous backline.

The Black Cats are looking for a fourth straight win on all competitions and, having already beaten City, Chelsea and United at home under Gus Poyet, they’ll fancy their chances of claiming another scalp against Adam Lallana and co.

Less than 10 minutes until line-ups, always a nervous time. There are always a few dreams dashed. I could have two letdowns today. I went with Aguero and Kolarov, but I made my peace with them potentially not starting before I even brought them in so I'm fine with it.
